2 Bedroom Oasis with AirCon in Prague's Old Town

Our luxurious flat is perfectly located in the heart of Old Town, with amazing restaurants and landmarks on its doorstep. This quiet property has air conditioning in every room (which also heats), a whirlpool bath, a 43" TV and a soundbar. There is also a well equipped kitchen to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, including a Nespresso coffee maker. The flat is right next to the National Theatre, Charles Bridge, Cafe Slavia, Bellevue Restaurant, and the My Narodni shopping centre.

Our street is probably the most quiet in the inner city of Prague, and still close to everything. The main lounge is a great hangout area with skylight windows and a high ceiling. The bedrooms are on separate floors, each with their own bathroom so if you are several people travelling together you still have a lot of privacy.

Guests have an access to all rooms. The flat is situated on the third floor without a lift. You will need to climb three sets of stairs.

We're always a message away if you need us for anything. We love meeting our guests, and we won't decline going out for a drink if you wish ;)

Our flat is close to both the new and old town of Prague. So it's basically in walking distance to anywhere you want to go. Our street also has some of the most genuine restaurants and bars you will find in old town.

We have several tram stops within 200m of the apartment and the metro is about 5-10 minute walk (Yellow and Green line). There is long term parking for cars connected to the National Theatre (cost roughly €25 / day)

-CITY TAX

All guests are required to pay 2.1 € per person/ per night to the city of Prague. The collection of the fee is regulated by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended, and generally bound by decree No. 18/2019 Coll. City of Prague, on the tourism tax, as amended.

Once you book, we will send you a link for online check in for submitting your data for the foreign police and payment of this tax.

-LATE CHECK IN CHARGE
Late check-in fee 500CZK/20 € after 21:00 with 23:00 cut-off. No flights landing after 21:30.

-QUIET HOURS
Prague's noise ordinance prohibits loud sounds between 10 PM and 6 AM.

-SMOKING
Is highly prohibited in the apartment. If smoking in the apartment is found, a fine of the amount 250 € will be imposed.

-UNAGREED LATE CHECKOUT
If unagreed late checkout, we have a right to fine the guest in amount of 50 €.

-WAITING FEE
In case of being late for check in and not communicating about delay, we have right to charge the guests 20 € for every hour of waiting.
