A “Veronese “experience

A beautifully restored,cosy & very well appointed apartment in a brilliant location in one of the most beautiful cities in italy if not the world! A warm welcome awaits & your hosts will ensure you have everything you need including ample breakfast supplies & the lift in the building is a real bonus..... something that is quite rare in such historic buildings. The view from the main window offers a stunning vista of Verona & it’s surrounds. Having stayed in many rental apartments across Italy & Europe this would certainly be one of the best .... without doubt it comes with our highest recommendation! (Leh -Australia) .

Verona City apartment in the middle of Historical buildings

Our stay in this lovely Verona City Apartment was Wonderful! We received a lovely welcome from the owners and they really made the apartment feel as if we were in a home away from home. They had already stocked the fridge and pantry with a few goodies to start our stay, which was very kind of them. Apart from being in the best location just 2 minutes from Piazza De Erbe, the hub of everything - we had beautiful views to the mountains and other lovely historical buildings. We really enjoyed the apartment, and the location, and the history that seemed to surround us within and without this beautiful and perfectly situated apartment. We were a family of Mum and Dad and three adult children and we fitted comfortably in this roomy apartment. Everything we needed for a warm and comfortable stay was provided. There was even a lift to get our luggage to the top floor where this lovely apartment was situated. The owners were very helpful in helping us get it all up there. And even helped us to obtain a taxi when we needed to leave.

Super-convenient splendor

Located in a quiet location only a minute's walk from the Piazza delle Erbe, this apartment couldn't possibly be more convenient. It is also beautiful and beautifully maintained in a building dating from 1277 (!). It's the height of both ease and luxury. Reserve it if you can!

Perfect Location

This property was exactly as advertised and very clean. It was only a few steps from Palazzo Erbe, which puts you in the heart of Verona with easy access to everything. Perfect for our family of 4!

Comfort and Convenience During Challenging Times

Our stay at Nicola & Micaela's Verona apartment was nothing short of a blessing during a difficult time. We arrived under sad circumstances, with a terminally ill family member in need of care at Borgo Roma Hospital. Being close to two bus stops that took us directly to the hospital each day was incredibly convenient and eased our daily commute. The nearby restaurants staying open late allowed us to find solace in good food after long days. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. From an abundance of towels to essential supplies, Nicola & Micaela ensured that we lacked nothing during our stay. The presence of a washing machine was particularly handy, alleviating any concerns about laundry. The thoughtful touches like milk, coffee, yogurt, and juice provided for breakfast were deeply appreciated, adding a warm touch to our mornings. The proximity to grocery stores such as Pam Local made stocking up on necessities effortless. The apartment's location near iconic landmarks such as Juliette's statue, Dante statue, and the mouth of truths allowed us to explore Verona's beauty even amidst our difficult circumstances. Additionally, its short walking distance to attractions like the Verona Arena, Castel San Pietro, and Saint Anastasia made it an ideal base for sightseeing. If circumstances bring us back to Verona, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

The apartment was nice. The owner was a gracious host. While the apartment is on the top floor the elevator made it easy. The best thing is the location.

Book it.

This was one of the best VRBOs that I have ever stayed in. Nicola was so kind and helpful and what a beautiful apartment. It is centrally located, right next to Piazza delle Erbe. There is a good amount of space and the washer was a nice bonus. The apartment was clean and well kept. It is on the top floor and the view is great. There is an elevator if needed. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to go to Verona.

Zentral über den Dächern Veronas

Wir durften im Mai wundervolle Tage im Herzen Veronas verbringen. Die Wohnung ist exakt so wie auf den Bildern und hat eine optimale Lage. In wenigen Sekunden ist man auf der Piazza delle erbe, am Torre dei lamberti,in der Eisdiele, im Supermarkt, in der Bäckerei,in zauberhaften Gäßchen, etc. Der Blick über die Dächer könnte nicht schöner sein. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen,das Bad ist sehr geräumig, die Küche etwas kleiner, aber super ausgestattet, um ein einfaches Abendessen zuzubereiten. Nicola hat uns herzlich empfangen, alle Fragen beantwortet und uns die Grundausstattung für das erste Frühstück in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Wunderbar. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und haben NICHTS zu bemängeln. Bis zum Bahnhof läuft man 30 min, bis zur Arena max 15 min, bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle ca 5 min. Besser geht es nicht. 10 von 10 Sternen Grazie mille!

V.I.P. in Verona

We loved our stay in this historic and beautiful Verona apartment. The location could not be better: perfect for exploring every corner of this fantastic city. The hosts are incredibly welcoming. They could not have been more helpful and we relied on their restaurant recommendations with happy success. The kitchen is indeed small, but so well and strategically laid out it was an absolute pleasure to use. The supply of basics was impressive, as well as the addition of kind extras such as yogurt and milk. While you step outside right into the heart of the action, once inside again the rooms are surprisingly quiet. And that beautiful view! We loved every minute of our stay.

This top floor apartment in the heart of the old city is comfortable and has a lot of charm. Michaela and Nicola are very thoughtful hosts who prepared the apartment with mineral water, snacks, coffee, etc to make for a very welcoming experience. True super hosts!

Always Reliable and perfect Convenience

This was our second stay in this apartment and it will not be our last. The location is exceptionally convenient without being noisy - just off the Piazza Erbe, you have restaurants, shops and easy walks to the major sites within the historic center. The views from the windows are quintessential Verona. The owners are very easy to reach and provide useful information and support.

A perfect apartment for a stay in the centre

We came for a 14th century reenactment and were thrilled by our host pointing out the 13th century ceiling beams in our apartment! Right between Erbe and Signori on an adorable street, we didnt believe the view until we saw it with our own eyes! Couldnt have asked for a more perfect apartment for our visit!

Gepflegte Wohnung in super Lage

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Nicola für den freundlichen Empfang. Wir haben uns in der gepflegten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie liegt wunderschön zwischen der Piazza delle Erbe und der Piazza Signoria und war idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt kennenzulernen. In der Wohnung waren die Klimaanlagen angenehm, auch wenn wir versucht haben sie nur nutzen, wenn dringend notwendig. Die Küche ist zum Kochen für eine fünfköpfige Familie doch klein bemessen und verführt dazu lieber Essen zu gehen :-). Danke für die Tipps, Nicola! Zudem gibt es viele Lokale direkt ab der Haustür (auch gute Bäckereien). Alles in allem wunderbar.

Super appartment in the very heart of Verona

Was received by Nicola who introduced us to this beautifull appartment. Well restored in a building from the 1200s. And with the important addition of ac. The fridge was well stocked wine, beer, juice etc. It is up 100 steps - but there is also a lift. We really enjoyed our three days in this great city. And would without a doubt choose this place next time

Fantastic apartment with lots of extra touches.

The apartment is beautiful, large, and located in a great location in the old town. There were plenty of towels, toiletries in the showers room, and breakfast, snack items, and condiments in the cupboard and refrigerator. The host was waiting for us outside the apartment building even though I had initially provided an incorrect, later arrival time. The air conditioners also worked well and were quiet. The front-loading washing machine was clean and there was a drying rack for our laundry. The only complaint we had is that the mattress in the main bedroom was thin, not supportive (for my husband who sleeps on his stomach), and you can feel the metal springs through the mattress top. I slept on the bed, but my husband had to put the couch cushions on the floor of the lounge area and sleep on these.
