Room 3 includes a comfortable Harrison Spinks double bed, en-suite shower, a supply of Bramley toiletries, parking and bedroom bath tub.
We also include a cooked breakfast which is available in the restaurant dining room which is available on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday.

Other Things to Note:
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 9am-10:30am. It’s a cooked breakfast menu that’s included (excluding Mondays & Tuesdays).
Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £25 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
Please note 50% of your payment will be taken upfront when your booking is confirmed online via card, the other 50% will be collected automatically 5 days before your check in date. We do not take cash payments.
