In an old 18th century mansion, 300 m from the priory beach and the coastal path, 5 minutes from the city center, the market and shops.
Very bright apartment of 50 m2, facing south west, overlooking the (private) park of the manor, located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 4 people.
Entrance, fitted kitchen and living room. Upstairs, a bedroom with a shower room then on the mezzanine, a second bedroom.

Séjour à Dinard

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement avec deux enfants de 11 et 14 ans. Tout était parfait ! L'appartement est fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Nous avons pu rejoindre le centre de Dinard et la côte à pied depuis l'appartement. A recommander.

Agréable manoir bien placé

Vacances au centre de Dinard

Un bel appartement au centre de Dinard. Petit bémol: pas de poussière au sol à première vue, sauf sous les lits. Et, la serpillère n'est pas passée souvent. J'ai marché nu-pieds en arrivant et, demi-heure plus tard, mes pieds étaient très sales. Dommage. Scat

Hôte tres aimable . Appartement tres bien située nous avons passés un très bon séjour cependant avis au prochain locataires n'accrochez pas vos serviettes torchons ou autres au bord de fenêtres car le locataire au rez de chaussée n'apprécie pas il sera venir vous le dire .

Appartement très bien situé

Parfait pour tout faire à pieds et visiter la belle ville de Dinard et ses environs. L’appartement est bien décoré et équipé. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été très fluides et cordiaux. Parfait pour un WE (couple + 1 enfant)

Un vrai coup de cœur pour cet appartement qui est très bien arrangé et équipé. Nos enfants ont adoré la mezzanine. Idéalement situé dans Dinard et pour visiter la région. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous espérons revenir ! 😀

Emplacement idéal

Bel appartement décoré avec goût et bien équipé . Emplacement idéal proche de la mer , des commerces et au calme . Parking exiguë mais appréciable . Point de départ central pour visiter la région , Dinard , saint Malo , mont saint Michel , Dinan, cap frehel ….de très belles randonnées à faire en particulier le GR34 qui longe la mer. Propriétaire très attentif et disponible pour tous renseignants . Je recommande

Bon emplacement, appartement chaleureux de vacances

Charmant appartement en duplex, que dis-je en triplex même si nous n'avons utilisé que l'étage. Cela donne l'impression d'avoir beaucoup d'espace, c'est très appréciable. Le centre-ville, ses commerces comme la plage sont à moins de dix minutes à pieds. Tout nous a plu, merci aux propriétaires, très sympathiques.

Enchantés de notre séjour

Petit appartement décoré avec goût, très charmant,prés de toutes les commodités. Nous y sommes restés 3jours et n avons pas pris notre voiture.Pour aller sur St Malo ,vous avez les bateaux bus,génial!!Plein de belles ballades à faire..A recommander !!

Fantastic apartment, 5 minute walk to nearest sandy beach

Lovely apartment, 10 minute amble into the center of town with restaurants, bars, to suit all tastes. 10 minute walk to Dinard beach. The apartment was very well appointed, everything you could possible need and an informative, friendly Host Sylvie. Thanks for a lovely stay.

sejour sur 4 jours en mai

L'appartement est nickel, super propre, très fonctionnel, joliment décoré, au calme, belle vue sur le jardin, un large plus sur le fait d'avoir une cour intérieure avec une place de parking, a deux minutes a pied du centre, du marché, des plages et de toutes les commodités. DINARD est MAGNIFIQUE.Accès a saint Malo par Bateau bus +++ :-). Enfin la propriétaire est adorable. Merci pour l'accueil.Nous reviendrons certainement. Nous aurions voulu rester plus longtemps :-)

Bien mais pas adapté aux enfants en bas age

Petit logement bien équipé, mais impossible de faire dormir mon fils de 3 ans dans la chambre tout en haut les escaliers sont trop pentus. heureusement que le canapé se dépliait en lit. Literie principale un peu fatiguée à notre gout. Pret d'un lit parapluie très apprécié. Accueil très agréable avec conseil de visite. Le cabanon est un abri ouvert, donc impossible de laisser des choses de valeur (vélo, poussette...), pratique en été pour faire secher les serviettes.
