Watch herons flying by and fishermen casting for bass with your morning coffee. There are 60 feet of lake frontage for your pleasure. The dock is included and it's a great spot for fishing or swimming. The large platform at the end of the dock is a great spot to hang out. There is a fire pit on the lakefront that is nice to use on a chilly day. You can also take advantage of the Point Chautauqua playground and swimming area, tennis court, basketball hoop and baseball field. Several golf courses are nearby and bike/running/hiking trails are plentiful.
Please NOTE: The dock is not installed until Memorial Day and is removed after Labor Day. If you are booking outside of these dates the dock will not be in the water, although the docking buoy is installed in early May.
BOAT DOCKING:
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, there is a buoy located 25 yards off the dock platform that you can tie your boat to. There are also 6 pilings located along the side of the dock that will allow you to tether your boat to load, unload or stay for a while. If it gets windy or rough you should tie off your boat on the buoy immediately as dock repairs are expensive and you would be responsible if your boat damages the dock.
