Tolle Villa mit fantastischer Betreuung
Wir waren 6 Personen und haben 10 Tage in der Villa gewohnt. Sie ist in einer bewachten Anlage und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vor Ort wurden wir von Abdel und seinem Team betreut, welche uns das Morgenessen und den Hotelservice einwandfrei und sehr herzlich erbracht haben. Wir liessen uns gegen ein geringes Entgeld auch zweimal Tajine zum Abendessen kochen, was wir sehr empfehlen. Ansonsten ist Marrakech eine tolle, geschäftige und pulsierende Stadt, welche einen rasch in den Bann zieht. Einziges Detail, welches uns aber kaum störte war, dass die Anlage in der Anflugschneise des Flughafens liegt. Für lärmempfindliche Personen eher nicht zu empfehlen. Im Fazit ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Mérite des rénovations
Cette propriétée est placée juste à côté de l'aéroport et les avions sont vraiment dérangeant... ils passent juste au dessus on peut y compter les boulons. Cette maison mérite un gros rafraîchissement - c'est tellement dommage de ne pas entretenir une si belle maison. La cuisine n'a pas de lave vaisselle - étonnant pour une propriété avec 6 chambres. Il y a une forte odeur d'égoûts dans les salle de bains. La piscine paraît beaucoup plus grande sur les photos et le mobilier extérieur n'est pas en très bon état - c'est vraiment dommage Sinon, le personnel est absolument exceptionel. Ils sont bienveillants, attentionnés et adorables. Nous avons divinement bien mangé un immense MERCI à Abdel, Najdia et Saadia... ils vont beaucoup nous manquer.

Séjour parfait dans une villa agréable
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à noël dans cette villa et nous recommandons à 100% A 10 min du centre et lieux touristiques (hors heures de pointes avec bouchon) et de l Aeroport, elle est très bien située. Le personnel est très gentil, discret et prépare un bon petit déjeuner. Excellente cuisinière également ! Bémol : légères nuisances sonores avec la proximité de l aéroport , supermarché assez loin (1,6 km le plus proche) et il manquait quelques éléments qui étaient indiqués dans l annonce notamment gel douche shampoing condiments épices .. mais super séjour !

Point négatif : impossible de faire des fêtes et surtout impossible d’inviter d’autres amis. Villas non destinée pour un séjour entre amis. Je pense qu’il faudrait préciser les conditions location avant le paiement Point positif : les personnels très agréables et toujours disponibles.

Une semaine en famille
Nous sommes restés 8 jours en famille dans la villa firdaous,une semaine de rêve. La villa,très grande,adaptée à toute notre famille,chacun sa chambre,sa salle de bain,son espace. Nous avons tous bien profité de la piscine,des transats et des repas sur la terrasse extérieure. Un grand merci à Najia,Saadia et Abdelwahed,des vrais amours,pour leur gentillesse,disponibilité et bienveillance. Nous reviendrons c'est sur.

Une parenthèse enchantée aux portes de Marrakech
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans la villa en famille. Très spacieuse et confortable ! Chacun a sa salle de bain. Double salon. Piscine chauffée. Très bon accueil et top service cuisine sur place. Nettoyage des chambres chaque jour. Très beau quartier résidentiel et possibilité de service chauffeur au top à disposition. Le seul hic, l'avions qui décollent à 5h45 ... Une zone commerciale est en construction pas loin, ce sera un avantage de plus. Nous recommandons !

Beautiful Villa, amazing staff
Great villa, we were greeted with a delicious cake and mint tea by the amazing staff Abdel Wahid and Mama Nazir. the rooms are awesome, very luxurious, clean. Pros: Has all the facilities, kitchen, tv etc. Heated pool is a must! It's so lush! Staff do everything they can for you to make your stay comfortable Lots of respect for the two Mama's (the two older ladies who cook and clean, very nice, and amazing cooks) Abdel Wahid good guy and looks after the place very well Villa backs onto a golf course which makes for a pleasent view Other feedback: Villa is a little far from city centre, taxi's cost around 50 dhiram which is not bad. Not much around the villa area apart from one restaurant. no shops for general supplies If you speak Arabic or French you'll be fine with the staff, although google translater did the job for us and we were able to communicate effectively with all staff Issues: Air Con for Master Room (which has terrace balcony), smells very bad, maintenance issue, so we did not use Shower heads in 2 of the bathrooms not that effective The driver Younis who took us from airport, is a not very reliable. Although he picked us up, he over-charged us for general use around Marrakesh, he never confirms price so you have to push him for this. And to top it off, he never turned up for our Airport Return Transfer, so luckily the resourceful Abdel Wahid got another driver who got us to the Airport. So if you meet Younis, dont bother using him unless you like to be over-charged / and want an unreliable driver. Sorry to say this. Although that is not the villa's fault, but just general feedback. 5 star all the way, I would definitely stay here again , owner is very good too Jean Marc, good communications and no problems getting deposit back. Thank you.

En 3 ans la maison est toujours très bien entretenu, propreté confort et personnel extraordinaire ( professionnalisme, discrétion, petites attentions ) Jean Marc nous a organisé de belles sortis ( quad, VTT ). Rendez vous est pris pour l'année prochaine.

Excellent séjour, villa magnifique et prestations de qualité ! Après transfert depuis l'aéroport, nous avons été accueillis par Abdelouahed (qui parle très bien français), Nagia et Sadia qui ont été tous les trois à nos petits soins pendant tout notre séjour. Cuisine excellente et variée, propreté irréprochable, service très pro ! Nous recommandons la villa sans hésitation et nous reviendrons très vite passer de nouvelles vacances dans ce cadre magnifique.

Magnifique villa
La Villa est identique aux photos, conforme à nos attentes ; elle est même plus jolie en vrai ... Elle est spacieuse, propre, bien entretenue et très bien située avec vue imprenable sur le golf. Cette villa est parfaite pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge (piscine avec barrière de sécurité ++++++) ! Un personnel de qualité aux petits soins, à l'écoute. Ils nous ont réservé un accueil extrêmement chaleureux, ce qui nous met vite à l'aise ! Je remercie tout particulièrement Khalti Najia qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréables (serviable, douce comme une maman, le tout avec discrétion ). Nous recommanderons cette villa à notre entourage, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! J'ajoute tout de même un petit conseil côté jardin pour s'isoler au maximum du vis à vis : bien qu'il y ait déjà une canisse en bambou et quelques haies, arbustes...je trouve que ce n'est pas suffisant (il y a parfois du passage et forte heureusement qu'il n'y avait personne dans les deux villas voisines lors de notre séjour). Je vous conseille peut-être de le renforcer par une solution végétale bien haute et fournie, ainsi qu'une structure ou palissade ...?!

La villa est identique aux photos, et l'accueil qu'on nous a réservé a été très chaleureux. " MAMA " a été super avec nous tous, ses plats sont délicieux, elle a été à notre écoute du début à la fin et a fait en sorte que notre séjour soit le meilleur possible. La location est exactement comme indiquée et très bien située. La location est très propre avec un personnel de haute qualité digne d'un 5 étoiles. Le propriétaire est très disponible et vous donne tous les bons conseils et plans. Sans aucun doute, je conseillerai cette location à toutes mes connaissances et amis. Ayant un personnel de qualité , ils nous ont fait pleins de bons plats . Je conseille à tout le monde d'aller au Fuego Chao aux jardins de la palmeraie, puis d'aller boire un verre au Pearl ( situé à coté du magasin Louis Vuitton ).

Amazing villa that I highly recommend
We had a wonderful stay overall. The villa is comfortable, beautiful and meticulously clean both inside and out and the staff are friendly and attend to your every need. Najia is an amazing lady and really made it us feel welcome and she is a superb cook. Given that we stayed with small children and the villa is not close to town, we needed a car hire to go anywhere. However the villa's driver was very helpful and friendly. The villa is mostly private however it overlooks a golf course and so occasionally you will see staff walking past the perimeter of the garden, looking in.
