About this property

The house was built in about 1900 and as my grandmother decorated the studio in in 1920. The residence is approximately 51 m2 on two floors. It is furnished comfortably in farmhouse-style. Living room with wardrobe, utility room with washing machine, toilet with shower, open kitchen, dining area for 5 pers., Living room with armchairs and sofa (sofa bed for 2 pers.). On the first floor there are 1 bedroom w. Double bed. Heating using 1 wood stove and 2 electric panels.
NB: Please note that there are 2 houses on the same ground, separated by separate gardens and separate entrances. You must therefore divide the parking / driveway if there are guests in the other house.

Cottage in the woods

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely old thatched cottage. One of only two houses in this area. It was comfortable and had everything you could need. Very private. Beware of low beams if you are over 6 feet tall! Good wifi was a plus. Sofie met us with a warm welcome and got back to us immediately when we had questions for her.

Schöner Aufenthalt trotz regnerischem Wetter

Wer die Natur mag, wird dieses kleine Häuschen lieben. Das Haus ist von Außen ein Traum, innen sehr gemütlich und wohnlich eingerichtet. Viele Dinge des Alltags (Seife, Shampoo, Gewürze, etc. sind vorhanden. Weil das Haus aber mitten in der Natur liegt, muss man sich vor Zecken schützen, wenn man raus geht. Zeckenmittel, -pinzette und Desinfektionsmittel sind im Haus vorhanden. Aufgrund des Wetters konnten wir nicht längere Strandbesuche und Touren durch die Natur vornehmen, dafür haben wir die Städte der Umgebung und Kopenhagen erkundet und viel gelesen. Trotz allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei Sofie Bille. Eine Garantie auf gutes Urlaubswetter gibt es halt nicht.

Very nice house, beautiful surroundings to relax. It is a pity that we did not see Sofie on departure. Small downside was that the washing machine did not work. All in all we had a very nice holiday.

Nice vacation in beautiful old house

We had a great time in Sofie's old house. We found everything we needed and enjoyed walking and bike trips in the surroundings especially to the beautiful beach.

Cute house, excellent location, very helpful host

The house is very charming and equipped with everything you need. It is located in the forest, so you can go for nice walks, and a short drive away from several beaches (we would not have felt safe cycling with the kids because there are no cycling paths). The road is right next to the house, but there's a line of trees and shrubs in between so you don't see it. Sofie is a kind and very helpful host. Only downside: The backyard, where you're most likely to have breakfast, is in the shade in the morning, so even in summer it can be rather chilly.

Wer ein sehr uriges Haus im Landhaus Stil sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Umgebung zu erkunden ist sehr aufregend. Denkmäler, Burgen, Schlösser, ein wundervoller Strand und natürlich der Tisvilde Hegn

Summer in Denmark

We can highly recommend a stay in this cute little house and we will definitely come back!! Sofie is one of the kindest hosts ever and her house was equiped really well - there was really nothing that was not available!! We felt like home from day 1 on and could totally relax. The area is super nice and the communication with Sofie was really good - she always replied within short time. Sofie, tak for everything. We are really sad we needed to leave today! Hübsches, kleines Häusschen im Grünen

Wer die Natur liebt, wird auch das hübsche, kleine Häusschen lieben! Es war alles dort, was wir brauchten. Die liebevolle Einrichtung trug zur Gemütlichkeit bei. Sofie ist eine nette Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung stand. Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub in schöner Umgebung!

Ein Häuschen wie im Bilderbuch

Verlassen Sie sich auf die Bilder. Stimmt alles. Und wer die Natur liebt, wird Sofie Billes Häuschen lieben. Mit dem Radl fährt man durch einen wunderschönen, wechselhaften Urwald gemächlich in ca. 30 Minuten an einen einsamen Strand. Sehnsucht erfüllt sich. Mit dem Auto geht's schneller, aber eben nicht so einsam. Das Häuschen: Von außen ein Traum, mitten im Grünen. Innen liebevoll, sehr persönlich aber nicht aufdringlich eingerichtet. Vertrauen Sie den Fotos. Weil das Haus aber mitten in der Natur liegt, kommt mitunter auch die Natur ins Haus :-). Wir haben beispielsweise die Mutterliebe einer langbeinigen Stubenspinne gegenüber ihrem Nachwuchs im Bad beobachten können. Aber keine Angst. Die tun nix, blieben über zwei Wochen an ein und derselben Stelle. Also: Alles in allem ein echt schöner Urlaub bei Sofie Bille. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Leichtschläfer wird die Straße unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster stören, die bereits früh morgens einigermaßen frequentiert ist. Wir haben allerdings schnell gelernt, damit zu leben und überlegen, fürs kommende Jahr wieder zu buchen. Danke, Sofie Bille, für ein paar schöne Tage bei Ihnen.

besonderes Urlaubserlebniss

das Haus bietet alles was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. die liebevolle Gestaltung,mit vielen Details, macht es wirklich leicht sich wohlzufühlen. wir haben nichts vermisst, im Gegenteil ,alles genossen und kommen gerne wieder. auch die Umgebung hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen , ein zauberhafter Wald und natürlich das unweite Meer , machte für uns den Urlaub perfekt. wir danken Sofie für die schöne Zeit und hoffen auf ein Widersehen.

very lovely small farmhouse

the house is located nearby Tisvilde hegn which is nice for hiking, running or bikers. There are many paths for mountain bikers in the woods. If you like you can walk through the woods to one of denmarks nicest beaches (or take the bikes provided by Sofie).Don´t miss Troldeskoven. Many Loppe and Genbrug stores in the area. Small supermarkets nearby. The house itself is located on a property with another larger house, which is also for rent we believe. the smaller house is very well equipped with everything you need for your short holiday. We never had a problem with heating the house, there is an old oven for wood, if you know how they work you ll heat up the house in a few mintues(Sofie will tell you if you don´t know). As we were sitting inside in our warm "home" we could hear the owls outside :) Host Sofie was very nice and welcoming. Just one minus if you are a noise sensitive person note that the house is nearby a road and some cars will go by between 6am to 9am. But our experience has been so nice that we didn´t want to leave at all. Highly recommended for vaccation and relaxation

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Altes Bauernhaus in kleiner Waldlichtung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sicherem Geschmack hergerichtet. Dazu passt die äußerst freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, Sofie Bille. Auch im Herbst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weil Zimmer, Ausstattung und Inneneinrichtung keine Wünsche offen ließen. Alles Notwendige und noch mehr ist vorhanden, funktioniert und hat auch noch Stil. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause, nicht zuletzt weil ein praktischer Holzofen am Abend wohlige Wärme verstrahlte. Die vorhandene Elektroheizung brauchten wir kaum. Das Bauernhaus liegt auf einer kleinen Waldlichtung, der umgebende Garten bietet im Sommer einen schönen Freisitz im Grünen mit Nussbaum und Rasenflächen. Ausreichend Holz war genauso vorhanden wie auch mehrere gute Fahrräder jederzeit genutzt werden konnten. Wir fuhren durch den schönen, angrenzenden Wald ca. 5 km bis an den wunderbaren, an dieser Stelle mit dem Auto nicht erreichbaren Sandstrand. Man kann aber auch in gut 10 MInuten mit dem Auto an Strände gelangen. Auch ein guter Einkaufsmarkt ist mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Das kostenlose WIFI funktionierte gut. Das Haus mit Garten eignet sich sowohl zu eher ruhender Erholung wie auch als Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der kulturellen Umgebung. Wir danken Sofie herzlich für die erholsame Herbstwoche, die wir hier verleben durften.

Boshuisje Tisvildeleje

Een geweldige plek en een fijn vakantiehuisje. Back to Basic. Wij hebben in september een week genoten van deze fantastische plek. Een fijne plek om te onthaasten, een boek te lezen, schilderen of een prachtige wandeling maken, je loopt vanuit het huisje het bos in. Aan alles is gedacht in het huisje, en er is gelukkig geen TV. De wifi werkt uitstekend. Met de auto en/of de fiets ben je zo bij het dorpje en het strand. Verhuurster is aardig en reageert meteen indien nodig. Wij bevelen het van harte aan. Hans en Marga

Pleasurable holidays in a authentic environment

We spent 9 days in this beautiful place. The cottage is old and nice. It agrees with the description and the pictures on the website. But the stair up to the second floor is rather steep and narrow. We missed a wardrobe, although there are plenty of shelves. Overall kitchen, bathroom and rooms are well equipped. Everything is very clean. We were always very pleased about the fast working WLAN. The communication with Sofie was easy anytime by mail and phone. For us as a couple we had a wonderful time in a great area. Thank you Sofie!

Dejligt og roligt ophold

VI havde et dejligt ophold. En dejlig og hyggelig hytte i dejlige omgivelser. Selvom vi ikke var meget ude kunne vi virkelig mærke den dejlige og rolige skovenergi der omfavner huset. Sofie var utrolig rar og yderst hjælpsom.

Gemütliches und uriges Haus

Wer auf der Suche ist nach einer kleinen Auszeit vom stressigen Alltag, nach Ruhe und Entspannung inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft, der wird in diesem gemütlichen, kleinen Häuschen einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Die Vermieterin hat uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus in schöner Landschaft

Gemütlich und liebevoll im Detail eingerichtet haben wir uns vom ersten Tag an in diesem "urigen Haus" wohl gefühlt. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft schön und lädt ein zu Spaziergängen oder ausgiebigen Fahrradtouren, alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.
