Welcome!

Enjoy a cup of Lancaster County coffee on the back porch and watch the sun rise over the pastures. Our quiet location is ideal for those who wish to relax and unwind. Great for families or those traveling for business alike!

We are conveniently and centrally located between York (9 mi.) Lancaster (20 mi.), Hershey (30 mi.), Gettysburg (40 mi.) and Baltimore(60 mi.).

First floor accommodations can be provided by request for those who can not use the steps.

A spacious yard offers room to for the kids to run and play, but on rainy days they can check out the toy box, read books or watch a movie.

Our home offers contactless check-in. Each guest will receive a unique code that is good for the length of the stay.

Guests have access to all living spaces.

Full kitchen is equipped with the cookware basics and appliances. We even supply you with Lancaster County Coffee Roasters coffee!

Please note that we do not provide a washer/ dryer, however there is a laundromat less than one mile away (Long term guests - please inquire regarding other options).

Beautiful, relaxing home!

The home and property were extremely well maintained and very welcoming. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, but only wish we could've stayed longer. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials, making it feel like home.

Great home away from home!

We came to York for a friend’s wedding our daughter was in near there. Nicole, our host, was extraordinarily responsive from beginning to end. She went above and beyond when last minute plans changed to include out two grandsons, ages 5 and 2, decorating the kids room in blue. There were plenty of toys as well. They were so exited! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, just as shown on Vrbo, meeting all our family’s needs. Many little extras were provided. Beautiful view of sunrise from the back porch and the kitchen. Very peaceful, homelike environment. Thank you, Nicole, for making our stay so memorable!

Wonderful Weekend!

What a wonderful long weekend my family and I enjoyed at Nicole's beautiful home. We had booked her home for a family wedding and were able to come a few days early to enjoy not only the town but her home. Everything was amazing. The house was spotless, felt like home, the view was awesome and we hated to leave. Nicole was such a wonderful host and so easy to reach out to during the booking process. I would highly recommend this property, it has so much to offer. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Country Quiet

In town for a family member's wedding at a venue about 10 mins away. This house was the perfect spot for a little serenity added to a long weekend! The house was perfect and the host was easy to reach & quick with responses.

Family Vacation

My family enjoyed staying at your home. It was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. My Husband and I loved waking up in the morning drinking coffee on the back patio watching the horses and the run rise.

Comfortable and peaceful!

My family of five enjoyed the spacious home. It had everything we needed. Games provided were fun, sunset was gorgeous and the peaceful backyard wildlife was just the right touch to relax from a busy schedule.

Wonderful Weekend Away

My husband, son, and our family had a great long weekend staying in York! This house is in an absolutely lovely location, and had everything we needed. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We visited Hershey, Lancaster, and Gettysburg over the weekend, and this house in York was a perfect middle location for all of our activities. If we ever need to stay in the area again, we will definitely be booking this house! 10/10

Great Winter Get-away

This is a beautiful home in a quiet, serene location yet close to shopping and activities. Nicole, is a FANTASTIC host who was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. I would definitely stay at this property again as it would be perfect any time of year.

Family Christmas

We moved and downsized our home unable to host family gatherings as we used to. This property was near our old neighborhood and provided the opportunity to bring our children, grandchildren, parents and siblings together for meals, random visits, and a Christmas morning sleepover like we used to do. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the house was roomy, clean and tastefully decorated. Nicole was extremely responsive and a gracious host making this no contact check-in and rental experience feel very personable.

The place was perfect . Close to everything but secluded and quiet . The place was beautiful

Nicole was wonderful to work with and even let us in early as there were no renters before us . The place had everything even lotions , shampoo and conditioner . The spice rack was full and we enjoyed a bottle of wine she left for us . The perfect place

Gracious Living

Serene outdoor space. Relaxing. The home is very spacious. The furniture is comfortable. Located just off of route 30. May explore Columbia/Wrightsville/Lancaster or to the west toward York. The Rental had a book that listed several suggestions for local attractions, grocery stores and restaurants . Host thought of everything. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Stay

What a beautiful property! The house was immaculate and there were so many special touches added. Seven of us stayed for a local event/meeting at the York Fairgrounds. Our only complaint is that we were away from the house so much for meetings. You can NOT tell this house is a rental - it is kept in excellent condition:)))) Nicole is extremely - and I mean extremely- responsive to any and all messages. She went above and beyond to make everything beyond perfect!!!!

Family stay for wedding in town

Surreal vacation destination

Lovely stay!

Wonderful, spacious home in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed the wide-open spaces in the home - lots of room to get around even with a larger group. The home was clean, and the rooms were great. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the morning, and watching the horses graze nearby. Close to many things - we visited Lancaster one day and Gettysburg the next! Would definitely stay there again!
