A single woman's getaway.

The apartment was clean, very nice. I would definitely recommend it to others. I cleaned up after myself, I don't like leaving messes.

Not a good neighborhood, ok if just sleeping there

Not in a good location, very rundown and unsafe area. Apartment is decent inside but they should invest in some blinds in all bedrooms or blackout curtains as lights stream inside making it hard to sleep. Would’ve chosen a different place if I had seen the surrounding area but it serves its purpose. Would only recommend staying there if you want a cheap place to sleep and plan on staying out most of the day.

Super Dusty Place

This was an ok place to stay at for a short trip. The apartment needs a deep cleaning. There was nasty thick white paint dust in kitchen, storage, and bathroom cabinets. I couldn't store much or feel very comfortable using kitchen supplies because it was so dirty. The bathroom hot water kept malfunctioning but eventually stayed warm. The beds and couches were comfortable. If all you need from a place is to sleep in, then this is it. Otherwise, I don't recommend this place. It is clear that the cleaning fees charged are not going towards cleaning. I would never stay here again.

Convenient location

The place was clean and the checking in process was very easy. It had everything to get us through the first few days. More towels would have been nice, but the laundry machine available was a huge convinience. Gated parking provided. Close to beaches and shopping centers.

Spring break/early 18th birthday trip

This was a great vacation for my son and I. The residence was easy to find, very clean, and close to everything we needed. My son definitely appreciated the patio and his own bathroom in his room. We were able to not just enjoy sightseeing and the beach but we also enjoyed spending time together on the comfy couch to watch movies and our favorite shows like we do at home. I would definitely recommend this location and look forward to using it again whenever we come back to Cali for another vacation.

A great stay!

I had a very nice stay. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Liked the fact that shampoo, paper towels and hand soap were provided. Nice kitchen w / full size refrigerator. Felt safe w/ gated garage. 10 min. From the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Double Booked

When I arrived at the property to check-in, I found that someone else has already checked in and the property had been double booked through AirBnB. This was at 5pm, which gave me little time to arrange another place to stay. Not the best start to a trip, but The issue was felt with swiftly and a refund was issued.

Great place for a quick trip

Everything was as the listing stated. We came in for a baseball game so didn’t spend much time at the rental. It’s a great price and a great place for a quick trip.

A modest usable place.

Biggest pro - while small, the galley kitchen had everything needed to prep breakfast and dinner. Many VRBOs we've been in were hard to make a dinner at. Biggest con - Long Beach was hitting 90 degrees the 4 days we were there. The unit had a portable air unit in the living room, a window air in the master/back bedroom, and a box fan in the front/2nd bedroom. This made the temperature OK, but the noise level was bad, making normal conversation impossible. We had not considered air conditioning when evaluating places. I liked the place the most of the 3 of us who stayed there - by a lot. It was ironic, because going into the trip I had advocated spending more, to get closer to the water. I grew quite happy with the price/performance trade off. A couple of the folks in our group were uncomfortable because many businesses and some homes in the area had burglar bars on their windows. All I can say is these are folks who've never lived in the city. Another plus for me was that in the 2nd/front bedroom we were sleeping on the most comfortable mattress I'd had all trip. I'd paid twice as much per night for a place near Santa Barbara where I tried to sleep on a brick of foam! My bottom line is I would stay here again - unless it was very hot - in which case a couple would do OK - but a larger group where you need to talk and you aren't right next to everyone is a problem.

Don’t stay here

Stand alone air conditioner exhaust not attached so both cold and hot air comes in. No toilet paper in one bathroom, short on towels 2 wall sockets loose so plug would not stay in, bed so close to floor that my wife couldn’t get up without help.

Easy Breezy

Everything was enjoyable about the stay, especially the breeze! The neighborhood cat hangs out in the balcony area and is harmless. The gates to the entry/garage can be a riddle and easy to solve. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Nice easy stay off the PCH in Long Beach

Information from the owner & check in was very easy. Apartment is on an ok street, but definitely be careful at night because if you have more than 1 car, you may have to park far with street parking limited. Very clean & overall cute place. Nothing fancy but comfortable for an affordable time in Long Beach. Shower water was nice & hot, towels were provided, bed was eh ok, AC throughout, living room had some games we played & Roku, kitchen had all the dishes we needed. Cute little back balcony to hang out on. There’s a cat that likes to meow in the morning, but he’s not too obnoxious. Lol Neighbors we’re chill & not loud & rarely even seen. Overall - good stay!

Enjoyed my stay

The apartment was nice and comfortable. The neighbors were really nice and mostly kept to themselves. Loved that the property had its own fenced parking area made parking really easy. Overall the experience here was great just. The only thing is that the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the morning.

Nice little apartment

Nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. Some street noise since it's so close to the PCH. Caught a neighbor peeking in the front window shortly after arriving. Slightly annoying that parking garage gate doesn't have an auto detect, so you have to get out of vehicle and walk around to keypad to get out. Kitchen could use some measuring cups.

Great location

Great location and good size apartment. Clean and well maintained. Place was secure with locked parking area. The only thing was the dishwasher didn't work. Otherwise it was a great place. Very comfortable and welcoming.

Quick Weekend in Long Beach

This place is in a great location!! It’s super accessible and close to so many things to do. Overall the place was pretty clean and the neighborhood wasn’t too bad either. Will definitely be staying again!!!
