About this property

In the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, just opposite Neufchâteau station, and 3km from exit 27 of the E411, the former "Café de la Gare de Longlier" has been completely renovated with respect for the style of the region to house a gîte with 7 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, as well as a wine bar / restaurant shopping area.
If the cottage is not fully rented, it is quite possible to rent rooms individually, and even take meals at the restaurant in which Roberto, our chef, will be delighted to let you taste his cuisine. Italian showcasing a maximum of regional products.
It is planned that the tasting cellar can be part of the rental of the gîte.
A very large green terrace is also available to residents at the back of the building.
If a company, a group of friends or a family are willing to rent a space to party, they can book privately, both the wine bar - restaurant space, in addition to the rooms of the gîte, as well people living far away can sleep peacefully on the spot.
It will be a great pleasure to meet you whether it is to stay, to eat, or simply to taste in our new establishment "Les 4 Vins"!

nachtlawaai en onbeschoft gedrag

Volledig afgehuurd voor hemelvaart van woensdag tot en met zaterdag met optie op zondag. wo en do avond prima, zithoek gedeelte was wat weinig voor 13 man (7 kamers), maar ok. Restaurant was gesloten en gite gedeelte waren van elkaar gescheiden door een gesloten deur. Vrijdag komen we terug aan, deur tussen restaurant en gite stond open zodat gasten van het restaurant vrij konden rondlopen in het gedeelte wat door ons was afgehuurd. Ook het enige zitgedeelte was daardoor voor ons niet bruikbaar. Later op de avond vond het restaurant het nodig om eerst tot ver na middernacht gasten voor het raam te laten roken en roepen, vervolgens werd de muziek op discotheek volume gezet. En als we dan ruim na 3h 's nachts gingen vragen of de muziek aub terug wat stiller mocht werden we uitgescholden. Het is dat we daar met meer man waren dan er mensen in het restaurant waren dat ze hebben toegegeven en de muziek stiller hebben gezet. Daarna hebben ze nog wel het restaurant gepoetst (onze kamer was er vlak boven). Dus tot na 5h30 geen oog kunnen dichtdoen. Absoluut geen aanrader. Als we nog niet op voorhand betaald hadden, waren we weg geweest.

Gîte exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un week-end exceptionnel dans ce gîte complètement rénové. Les chambres sont particulièrement confortables et bien aménagées. C'est une qualité 3 étoiles. Par ailleurs, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée et l'espace commun est bien grand. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir bénéficié de ce logement pour notre week-end en famille.

Très bon accueil ! Gîte très propre et fonctionnel

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par Roberto et avons passé un très bon week end pour le nouvel an! Le bar qui est en dessous est très sympa. Les chambres sont modernes spacieuses et très propres. La cuisine est fonctionnelle.

Pas mal...

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille. La région est agréable pour se balader et l’abbaye d’orval n’est pas trop loin et vraiment chouette à visiter. Les personnes qui travaillent en bas et vous acceillent sont vraiment gentilles et serviables! Les points négatifs : - La cuisine est commune et le seul endroit commun de détente. Donc si vous voulez passer un moment entre vous, il faut voir qu’il n’y ait pas d’autres locataires en même temps que vous (mais ça ça dépend de ce que vous recherchez). - Les chambres sont nickel et très confortables, mais l’espace commun ne l’est pas donc prévoyez du temps pour passer un coup d’eponge quand vous arrivez. - Le bruit... Le train passe littéralement à côté donc pour cetraines personnes ça peut être gênant la nuit. Ensuite, comme il y a un bar à vin et un restaurant au rez de chaussée, si les clients sont de bonne humeur et decident de rester jusque 4h du matin, vous viverez leur soirée avec eux de votre lit (très mauvaise insonorisation). Mais je veux quand même remercier le propriétaire pour sa flexibilité et son amabilité, ainsi que le personnel du restaurent.

Superbe

Le gîte est superbe, chaque chambre a sa sdb et son Wc. Tout est propre, la cuisine est bien équipée. Le propriétaire nous a offert un verre à notre arrivée. Nous le recommandons vivement.
