Weite Ausblicke

Viel Platz, tolle Küche, sensationelle Panoramaaussicht aus allen Zimmern und speziell von der Terrasse. Der Verkehrslärm der Fahrzeuge von und zur Fähre nach Meersburg ist anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sehr gute Betten! Insgesamt ist das Objekt seinen Preis wert. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

See links und gegenüber und rechts die Alpen

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick und Lage. Wir konnten viele Orte über wunderschöne Fußwege und mit der Fähre erreichen. Supermärkte und alle wichtigen Orte in der Nähe. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben, aber die Schule fing wieder an. Dafür kommen wir noch einmal! Frau Coppola ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Perfekt als Bodensee Startpunkt

Perfekte Lage direkt am Staader Fährhafen. Tagsüber dadurch etwas Straßengeräusche, aber wunderbar e Aussicht von 2 Terrassen auf den See, die Alpen, Meersburg. Zudem zu Fuß 10 Minuten bis zum Hoerle Park und zu Badegelegenheiten sowie Surf- und Segelschule. Mit dem Fahrrad noch besser 4 km zur Insel Mainau. Gerne immer wieder!

Sehr Schöne Wohnung

Wir haben solch' eine schöne Woche in diese Wohnung gehabt - es war sehr bequem. Direkt am See (5 Minuten zu Fuss) und die Fähre nach Meersburg, an der Buslinie nach der Stadtmitte - diese Wohnort machte alles sehr Einfach fuer mich und meine Familie. Ausgezeichnet!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen, sie war mit allem ausgestattet was man so täglich benötigt. Auch der persönliche Empfang Ihrer Mitarbeiterin und die Hilfsbereitschaft am ersten Tag war sehr gut. Einziger kleiner Wertmutstroffen ist die nahe Straße zur Fähre die ziemlich laut ist. Davon bekommt man aber in den nach hinten liegenden Schlafzimmern nichts mit. Wir würden die Wohnung aber trotz der Straße bei Bedarf noch mal buchen.

Eine der Beschreibung entsprechende Ferienwohnung

Eine wirklich ansprechende Unterkunft bei der Preis - Leistung echt entspricht. Mit tollem Blick auf den Bodensee. Einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist der Lärm von den Fahrzeugen die zur und auf die Fähre fahren. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit den Fahrrädern, Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, usw. Einige fußläufige Gaststätten in der Umgebung. Super Parkmöglichkeit mit den eigenen Fahrzeugen. Würden sofort wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

Perfekte Lage und sehr schöne Wohnung!

Alles was zu einem perfekten Urlaub passt, bietet diese Wohnung. Wir haben einen Fahrradurlaub gemacht und die Nähr zur Fähre und die Anbindung an die verschiedenen Fahrradwege waren für uns optimal.

Holiday Paradise!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this top floor Flat with spectacular views of the Lake and the surrounding mountains. We were a group of five adults on a Bicycling Holiday to explore as much of the Bodensee area that we could fit into six days. (Thank goodness for the Washer & Dryer!) The Apartment had comfortable bedrooms for personal space, yet had welcoming living areas for everyone to gather to eat, play games or watch T.V. But, the most popular gathering space was the large balcony where we could drink in the views while watching the setting sun. We found the Apartment to be very clean and furnished to a high standard. It is conveniently located close to the Bodenseeradweg (Lake Constance Cycle Path), which took us to almost all the lakeside towns. The Meersburg Car Ferry was also very convenient for taking us to the other side of the lake for dinner or returning us from a day out. When we wanted to go into the old part of Constance, it was a short trip by Bus, Car or Bike. The Owners were very hospitable and their team provided an attentive and great service. The description of the Apartment is very accurate and comes with several nice touches like Sekt, tea, and coffee. It also has dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. There are plenty of towels including Beach Towels. So, no need to over pack! Overall, this was a fabulous home away from home that we would definitely rent again and recommend to friends!

Homely, excellent amenities - wheelchair not

This rewiew is based on two opinions: Family house ; for a family looking forward to discover Konstanz and surroundings, it will be enjoyable to stay here. It is a very practical and functional place to stay. The modern kitchen makes it very easy to prepare wonderful dishes. All the amenities as indicated on the website are there and is working 100%. Easily a house that you can rent for 5-7 days. Wheelchair accessible : Unfortunatly not, the option must be removed from the menu. Although there are no steps into the apartment there are a sliding door step approximity 15 cm going to the patio. The doorways are wide enough, the rooms are spacious. The whole apartment is spacious. Even the main bedroom bed can elevate!! My fiancé loved this because that stop me snoring. The bathrooms are not accessible, not even for a paraplegic.Unfortunately my recommendation for this appartment is wheelchair inaccessible.

Urlaub wie im Bilderbuch

Eine wirklich exklusive Ferienwohnung, in die wir am Abend gern wieder heim gekommen sind. Unsere Tochter, Enkeltochter und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es hat aber auch alles gestimmt, das Wetter, der traumhafte Blick auf den See, die tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Stadt und ihre Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen, die wir mit dem Stadtbus überall hin erreichen konnten. Das Auto stand die ganze Woche in der Tiefgarge. Konstanz ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, durch die wir gern gebummelt sind. Vom Affenberg in Salem wollte unsere kleine Enkeltochter gar nicht mehr weg. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter und die freundliche Begrüßung vor Ort. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Exklusive Dachwohnung mit Seeblick

Uns erwartete eine lichtdurchflutete, großzügige, sehr schön eingerichtete und super ausgestattete Wohnung mit freiem Blick auf den Bodensse, die Schweizer Alpen und den Staader Fährhafen. Besonders der großzügige Wohn/Essbereich mit Blick auf den See und die beiden Balkone vermitteln ein tolles Bodenseefeeling. Die Lage ist ideal, um viel zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu unternehmen, z.B. zur Insel Mainau, nach Meersburg mit der Fähre und am Ufer entlang nach Konstanz. Die Wohnung hatte unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen und wir konnten zu fünft eine herrliche Woche in Konstanz verbringen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung vor Ort und den netten Kontakt.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine wunderbare, erholsame Woche in dieser sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verlebt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick auf den Bodensee und die Segelschiffe hat uns ganz besonders gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist in eine sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Die Beschreibung im Internet ist zutreffend, wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen. In dem Staader Fährhaus haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Auch die Schiffahrt nach Stein am Rhein hat uns gut gefallen.

Luxury and style above the lake

We had a lovely two weeks in beautiful weather at the beginning of July 2013 in this very comfortable, spacious and stylish apartment. The apartment is at the top of a quiet building and is very well equiped and maintained. It has two balconies giving excellent views of the lake (the bedroom balcony is quieter than the main balcony as it is removed from the Meersburg ferry road which can be a bit noisy when a ferry arrives). Both the Owner and the Manager were very welcoming and helpful. From this great base we very much enjoyed visiting Stein am Rhein, St. Gallen, Reichenau, Überlingen, the lovely countryside between the lakes north of Konstanz and Konstanz itself. We would certainly be happy to return.

Jederzeit wieder!

Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Sie ist super gepflegt und wirklich vollständig ausgerüstet. Auch für sechs Personen bietet sie genug Raum. Den beschriebenen Blick auf die Alpen müssen wir glauben, da es bei uns leider immer neblig war! Dafür können aber die Vermieter nichts! ;-))) Diese und auch die Verwalterin sind ansonsten super nett und hilfsbereit - Dankeschön dafür! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Fähranleger nach Meersburg und an der Bushaltestelle nach Konstanz-Innenstadt. Bis auf eine Fahrt nach Bregenz haben wir die ganze Woche das Auto in der Tiefgarage des Hauses stehen lassen und haben mit den Kinder alles unproblematisch per öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkundigt; inklusiv der Pfahlbauten in Unteruhldingen und Friedrichshafen. Da zur Wohnung sowohl ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz, als auch zwei Aussenparkplätze gehören, können also auch eigene Fahrräder ohne Probleme aufbewahrt werden. Unser Fazit: Jederzeit wieder und immer eine gute Empfehlung.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Seeblick

Wir haben im August 2 Wochen in der Wohnung am Bodensee verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den Angaben im Inserat. Sie ist ganz neu, super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll und zugleich praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Riesenwandschrank und ,was wir klasse fanden, einen großen Schuhschrank. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht und viel zu schade, nicht benutzt zu werden :-) Wir hatten auch einen netten Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die wirklich bemüht waren, uns den Aufenthalt schön zu gestalten. Sie sorgten z.Bsp. ganz kurzfristig für einen Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon, da die Sonne morgens beim Frühstück schon ziemlich stark war. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist auch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Unternehmnungen. Die Insel Mainau und viele Strandbäder sind mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und in der Innenstadt von Konstanz ist man mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch die Lage an der Fähre. In kürzester Zeit ist man auf der anderen Seite des Bodensees. Man hört zwar etwas den Fährenautoverkehr, aber, da wir sowieso immer unterwegs waren, hat uns dies wenig gestört. Und wir waren abends froh, wenn wir von der Fähre nicht mehr lange bis zur Wohnung radeln mussten. Zum Essen sind wir mehrmals in dem kleinen Hafen in Staad gewesen. Dort sitzt man sehr beschaulich und noch ein bisschen ab vom Massentourismus. Vielen Dank noch einmal für den schönen Aufenthalt! Die Lüdenscheider
