A paradise for outdoor enthusiasts! Come enjoy an unforgettable getaway at our lovely cottage by the mighty Baskatong. The cottage, built in 2017, has water views and is right across the street from the beach access with incredible sunsets. Enjoy your own private acre with large yard, wooded areas, outdoor kitchen & shower and sandy beach across the street (2 minute walk). The Nest has all the things you will need for your stay- a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, wash room. Sink into bed at the end of the night with our carefully chosen cotton linens. The cottage has two bedrooms on the main floor (king bed and twin/double bunk), and a cozy nook in the unfinished, but bright walk-out basement (queen bed, plus single bed). Cozy up by the wood stove or sit on our large front balcony watching birds and sunsets. Enjoy a bbq or fire in our stately outdoor kitchen! Great quiet spot
We had a great stay here, easy to get into and lots of amenities close by. Fishing was the main reason we chose this spot, and we were not disappointed! Easy to put the boat in and take it out. The host was super easy to communicate with, and was available at a moment's notice. I'd definitely come back again, very comfortable and quiet.

Winter friends get away
The rental of this property was for the purpose of getting together with a friend for some outdoor winter activities. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate so it was more of an indoor visit. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed sitting by the wood stove and watching tv while playing games. The kitchen was very well stocked. Our host, Grace, was very helpful and available to help out if required.

The best VRBO experience to date.
Grace and Andrew were outstanding hosts who exceeded our expectations in many ways. For starters, their home was one of the best outfitted rentals we have ever encountered. From the amazing variety of spices and well stocked basic pantry to treats upon our arrival, including a bottle of wine, we felt immediately at home. The semi private beach and the amazing sunsets added to the enjoyment of our stay. An outside kitchen and shower were extra features that enabled us to enjoy the outdoors even more. Grace, Andrew and their family made us feel at home and were always available, yet discreet, if we needed anything. The home is a perfect place for anyone who loves the outdoors and is in need of a good rest in nature. We highly recommend Grace and Andrew's home.
