Very clean and open. Love the bunk beds for the teenagers and a few adults. Laundry room was a plus. Kitchen and supplies were perfect. It was great for our group. Would recommend it for large groups. Thanks

Even nicer than described

We REALLY enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. The home was very clean with lots of nice amenities that made you feel right at home. The mattresses were very comfortable, and all linens, towels, etc. were very nice. We've stayed at a couple of the 'normal' rooms and cabins at the local resorts and this home is MUCH better than those options. We'll go back for sure.

Just what we needed and then some!

A group of women out in DJ for fishing and this house had it all on top of it being clean with comfy beds/pillows, soft sheets/towel and a fully stocked kitchen! What a dream in a small town.

Perfect fly fishing stay

This property is great for larger groups that want to spend time together after a day on the river. Plenty of space to hang out and cook, eat and relax. The house furnishing were great and the master bath is above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

Great house for large group

This house was perfect for our group of fly fisherman. We poked all our meals in the large kitchen which was well equipped. We loved the fire pit out back and the large deck. Highly recommend for the Dutch John area.

2022 Fishing trip

Dutch John Vacation Home

We were 4 fly fishing friends who enjoyed our stay at Tim Lunt's VRBO in Dutch John, Utah. It's clean, well equipped, and a great home to stay in. It would be nice to have a spa to relax in after a 'tough' day fishing for big brown trout, but I know you can't have everything.

Why they chose this property

We were so excited to buy this property because we know there is not a lot of options for families to stay in the area. We have put a lot of work into this place to make it comfortable for everyone that comes to stay.

What makes this property unique

Dutch John is a nice quiet town. With great small town feel. Two pit stops for gas, supplies, and rafts to run the river. Endless trails for hiking and biking surround the town, the lake is amazing for watersports, and the river is the best fishing in the western United States. Flaming Gorge is truly a national treasure and is looking forward to seeing you.
