Nestled just outside of Crawford Colorado this rustic cabin is newly built and comes with full amenities on a working farm including mountain views and incredible scenery from 7,000 ft. Located just a few short minutes from Crawford Colorado and about 15 minutes from Hotchkiss Colorado and 22 minutes from the North rim of the black canyon.
The cabin itself is a spacious 500+sq ft and features:

A close 15-20 mins to Hotchkiss and 20-30 minutes to Paonia. There are so many fun things to do nearby such as, river rafting, hiking, rock climbing, wine tasting and more! Only 20 minutes away from the black canyon and just 15 minutes away from the Crawford reservoir.

This property allows its guests to enjoy a quiet laid back location to do anything and everything or simply enjoy the stars on a cool summer night. It comfortably accommodates singles or couples.
Well behaved pets are allowed.
Only unscented laundry detergent and non toxic cleaning supplies are used.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property.

Lovely little spot

The little house is small, and very comfortably arranged. It doesn't feel super tight, but has everything we could think of that we needed for a stay of a couple days. We also really appreciated that the host tries to use natural cleaners and such. The view out front is awesome, and the host was very available and kind. We'd love to go again!

Absolutely amazing!!!!!

My husband and I were looking for a getaway to explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and the surrounding area. Our stay in the tiny cabin was just perfect! It was clean, cozy, had everything we needed, and was remote enough to let us rejuvenate ourselves. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a "country getaway!"

Quiet and peaceful getaway

This cabin was very clean and efficient for our family, including our dog! To find such an amazing place that is affordable, pet-friendly, quiet and clean is often difficult. I highly recommend this VBRO if you’re planning a trip near Paonia, Black Canyon National Park, West Elk Loop, etc. A perfect place for relaxing and star gazing as well! The host was so helpful and communicative with checking in/out, amenities and places to eat. We look forward to a return visit soon!

Great little house

This was a perfect home base for us to explore the western slope for a few days. The owner was super communicative and on top of messaging before we left. The tiny home had everything we needed including a very comfortable king size bed in the bedroom. I wouldn't plan on having adults sleep in the second bed up in the loft, but it was perfect for our 8 year old! Our daughter also enjoyed seeing the ducks and chickens on the property. It was a short 20 min drive to the North Rim entrance of Black Canyon. Overall, a wonderful stay.

So cute - just as advertised!

My 14yo daughter and I stayed here for a fun getaway and to visit the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. This little cabin was just perfect! Clean, cozy, comfortable - we'd definitely return! Love that it's out in the country - we loved the quiet of being away from everything and the stars were amazing! Some people go the extra mile, and Rachel is definitely one of those people. So many thoughtful extras througout the cabin.

Great stay

The little house was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. It was very clean and well appointed. The king size bed was very comfortable. I loved having my coffee sitting on the porch swing. It was very private and peaceful yet close enough to town. At night the stars were beautiful!

Amazing Stay!!

We had the best time at this beautiful vrbo!! It was impeccably clean, had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, etc., super comfy bed, and the location is GORGEOUS!! The home is on a wonderful property and you have tons of privacy. We especially loved the views and the night sky. We were visiting from Phoenix and wish we would have stayed longer. You can tell that the owners take great pride in this home and how it was designed and decorated. We look forward to visiting again and will definitely be booking this stay!
