The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility, garden furniture and hollywood swing. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The dog is allowed, but only with his own dog bed (please bring along). The dog must not crawl on a bed, seat or chair.
