The Space:

This unique and newly renovated property is 2150Sq. ft single-family home located near uptown (Quigley Park) a safe neighborhood highly favored by visitors. The house is in a quiet setting and it gives you the feeling of being at home. It is listed for 6 people as there is a Trundle bed and sunroom with a sofa sleeper for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances; gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, large sink, and the kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to cook or eat in. New high-efficiency central air conditioning and heating throughout the entire house keeps you comfortable during your stay.

For the business traveler, there is an office in the sunroom which includes access to a computer, wifi, and printer. Convenient if you need to attend conferences/events zoom meetings during your stay.

The house is within walking distance to ABQ Uptown, Coronado Center, an expansive shopping and dining destination. Quigley Park, San Pedro Office Park, and plenty more.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all areas of the house including backyard, laundry, and garage access. We are flexible with the 3 pm check-in as there is a keyless entry lock. You can arrive anytime after 3 pm and possibly earlier with notification if the place is ready.

Easy access to everywhere from Uptown. It is 5 minutes to UNM and Nob Hill and 15 minutes to the airport. Highway access is about 1 mile and next to Route 66 and I-40. Walking distance to Coronado Center and many great locations.

Lovely spacious home

We rented this lovely home for a long weekend and were very happy with the amenities and large space. It is located in a pleasant neighborhood and close to shopping. Highly recommend.

Good stay, but the backyard wasn’t even close to the pics that the host posted.

Upon my arrival I immediately went to the backyard to check it out, as my almost-2-year-old grandson would be enjoying that part of the property. I was extremely disappointed by the appearance… full-grown weeds surrounded the entire area, there were dog poop piles on the astroturf, cigarette butts in the fire pit, old, gross-looking cushions for the outdoor furniture strewn about,.. basically the photos that are posted must have been taken a very long time ago, while the yard was in pristine condition. I contacted the host and he offered to send his cleaning crew, but we were only there for 2 days (1.5, in reality, due to late check in and early check out times), so I declined the offer.., it was too late to make that first impression go away. If I could, I would post the photos that I took. Other than the backyard disappointment, our stay was fine. The rest of the house was clean. Things worked as they should (hopefully the blinking ceiling light will be fixed for the next occupant), and, other than some wall/door damage (probably by dogs), the house is nice.

Nice quiet location, short drive to what ever you want in ABQ. Came down from Taos for overnight to watch Cowboys ride bulls. Great early dinner at Pig & Fig and a good stay at your beautiful house. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay

Overall amazing location, house, and stay. Only problem we had was with the grill having no propane and the master bedroom tub still dirty so we had to clean ourselves. Other than that we had an amazing stay and will recommend to others about this house.

Easy, great location, excellent communication

Will definitely stay here again! My friend and I were in ABQ for work and this rental is really conveniently located. There is a huge mall 3 min away, a Target 5 min away, a Whole Foods 10 min away, etc. It took us no more than 15-ish min to get to work downtown as well. The house is cozy, has lots of communal space, and a nice backyard. The neighborhood is safe as well!

Overall good, one drawback for us

Communication was excellent and it was very clean! After a long day driving, it was nice to have some room to spread out. The property was spacious and allowed us to do that. The one thing that was a drawback for us was that the twin mattresses were terrible and not really suited for an adult. If a child were sleeping on them, it probably wouldn't be a problem. Traveling with our adult daughters, it was. Other than that, the property was what we needed for our overnight stay.

Very comfortable. Spacious. Clean. Everything is 1-5 miles from anything you’ll need; grocery stores, Total Wine, Target, Best Buy, Nordstrom, restaurants - lots of shopping! Keypad check in. Host is communicative, friendly and pleasant. It’s our go to in Albuquerque.

Spacious & Beautiful

My family and I came to Albuquerque to help my daughter move into her college dorm. This was a beautiful home with plenty of space for me and all of my teenagers. Thomas was great with keeping in communication! We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit.
