Key collection takes place on arrival and departure by arrangement. For the final cleaning is on site for occupancy up to 2 people and use only one bedroom, an amount of 20 €, from 3 guests 30 €, and - if desired - for the linen package with bed linen and towels of 5 € per guest to pay. The apartment is located only 100m to the entrance of the Saxon State Garden Show 2015. As of March 2016, the extensive grounds with its attractive playgrounds, its quiet zones and the graduation of all citizens and tourists is available free as a park.
