About this property

Fantastic country house near Serra De'Conti, Marken, for sole use

Dream house (> 200 years old) with large plot (1.5 ha) and large pool (12x4m). Complete renovation in 2016.
Ground floor: Large kitchen with 4m work surface made of trendy concrete, new refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven. Dining table for 8 people, convertible sofa bed, guest room with sofa bed, large bathroom / WC with walk-in shower, large terrace with table for 10 people, lounge sofa.
First floor: 2 double rooms with double beds and separate bathrooms, wonderful view of hills, olive and oak trees.

The house is entered through a separate entrance and is completely independent of the rest of the house. During the rental period there are no other people on the property or outbuildings. Guests can use the pool exclusively and the laundry room for free. There is a parking space for several vehicles.

The beautiful cultural landscape in a quiet location in a historic farmhouse with modern comfort make this house a feel-good resort with pool and beautiful grounds. In the immediate vicinity are medieval places, such as Arcevia, Piticchio and Serra De 'Conti. The airport Ancona is about 40 minutes away. The beautiful sea is only about 1/2 hour away (Senigallia). The most beautiful seaside resort of the Marche is Sirolo / Porto Novo, south of Ancona. From Ancona the big ferries go to Croatia and Greece. The area is characterized by theaters, opera houses, the typical down to earth food with truffles and wild -cucina casa linga. They are also known for their fashion and leatherworking. There are div. Outlets of the most beautiful Italian brands, such as Prada, Tod's, Hogan, Ferragamo and Pollini. The Marchegiani are proud Italians and excellent people. The Verdicchio is one of the best white wines in Italy. Fresh and fruity, light and dry.

The nearest towns are Arcevia (4 km) and Serra De'Conti (6 km). In both places there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes. The sea at Senigallia, a very beautiful medieval town with a wide beach is about 30 km away. The Riviera del Conero (Portonovo and Sirolo) with turquoise waters and dream beaches are about 50km. Next you can also visit the World Heritage Site Urbino, about 50 minutes, and the Grotto Frassasi (unique and World Heritage), Genga, a little 30 minutes. And of course much more ....

Wohlfühloase mit tollem Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung, das Design und die Größe des Hauses war für uns genau richtig. Der Poolbereich ein Traum und wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen. Die Lage, die Ruhe und das Ambiente hätte nicht besser sein können. Ein kleiner Tipp: Haartrockner und Duschgel in den Badezimmern haben wir leider vermisst. Auch die Federkernkopfkissen in den 2 Schlafzimmern sind sehr, sehr weich.

Entspannender Urlaub an malerischem Ort

Die alleinige Nutzung des Hauses und des fantastischen Pools hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtung innen und außen ist sehr stilvoll. Die Tipps für die Umgebung sind sehr umfangreich und nützlich, die Lage so, dass man alles schnell erreichen kann.

Wunderschönes Anwesen!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr schön renoviert und stilsicher eingerichtet. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe, wir hatten viel Spaß! Sowohl in der Küche als auch am Pool hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ausreichend Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Handtücher bis hin zum Weber Grill... Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Wunderbarer, erholsamer Urlaub! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderbarer Urlaub Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Angefangen mit der unkomplizierten Buchung, dem Kontakt mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin; sie stand im übrigen während unseres ganzen Urlaubs ansprechbar zur Verfügung- bis zur Übergabe an die Hausverwalterin (spricht leider nur italienisch, aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit). Das Ferienhaus selbst machte für uns live einen noch besseren Eindruck wie auf den Bildern. Der Garten ist groß und der Pool ist wunderschön und groß, schöner als auf den Bildern, mit allem ausgestattet (Liege, Sonnenschirme, Handtücher...). Das Haus lässt wenig Wünsche offen, wir hatten alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Inneneinrichtung /-ausstattung ist gehoben und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Bücher und Spiele sind ebenfalls im Haus. Das Haus ist abgelegen und bietet viel Ruhe und Erholung! Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen! Verreist als zwei Paare mit 2 Kindern. Wir wünschen Familie Benecke alles Gute!

Perfektes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Als Familie mit 4 Kindern haben wir dort eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet - einfach zum wohlfühlen. Auch der Pool hat eine gute Größe, so dass die Kinder darin viel Spass haben konnten. Dank der Besitzerin war der gesamte Ablauf total unkompliziert. Also - sollte es uns in diese Ecke von Italien nochmal verschlagen, werden wir uns mit Sicherheit an dieses schöne Anwesen erinnern!

Fantasic villa in the country side!

We (family with 2 kids) spent just over a week here. The house is lovely and in very good condition. Everything is new and feels very good, you can really feel that the owner Julia (with family) has put a lot of effort into the renovation and exterior/interior design of the house. The garden is large and with a large and nice pool area. We spent a lot of time there! The location is beautiful and the fantastic hills/valleys of Marche surrounds the area and you really can relax. A drive from the house to the coast will take about 30-40 minutes. We flew into Bologna and had a drive of about 2.5 hours to the house, that worked very nice. The house is taken care of with help from Tania. She is very helpful and did not hesitate in helping us if needed. Super nice! However, she only speaks Italian (difficult for us from Sweden), but we made good use of "Google Translate" by talking Swedish to the phone, and phone then speaks Italian to Tania... Very useful and funny! A place we really would like to revisit some day. Thanks for a very nice vacation!
