About this property

The house-Pannier II is a wooden house in typical Danish design. Over the small porch you come directly into the house with an open kitchen (stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer, and dishes for 6 people available), the dining area and the living area. Here you will also find the stove, it provides on cooler days for cozy warmth. Furthermore, there is a small hallway, a shower room with window and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are built the same: a double bed (140 x 200 cm), where a guest will lie on the wall side and a wardrobe. Bedroom 1 has its own TV. The smallest bedroom has two single beds (bunk bed! / 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. A travel cot can be placed in the bedroom 1, but it is a bit tight. Washing machine available.

When the weather is nice, you are welcome to use the 850 m² fenced garden. He invites you to play, sunbathe and barbecue. Natural lawn with individual trees, terrace with furniture and swing, slide and sandpit are available. A free parking space is also available directly on the property. The size of the object is: about 57. 2 sqm.

The house is available to the guests for exclusive use including the garden. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but there are two covered terraces.

If problems arise on site, our holiday home care is available.

The house is in a cottage area.

With the free guest card, you get 15% discount on the entrance to the Wendland-Therme. The swimming pool is about 500 meters from the house. The guest card is ready for you on arrival.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Landschaft ein Traum. Wir kommen gern außerhalb der Saison wieder.

Kurzreise

Wir waren als Familie dort und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus und auch die Außenfläche mit dem Spielplatz fanden wir toll, vor allem die Kinder hatten Platz zum toben. Es ist eine sehr schöne Gegend und dient zur Erolung. Gern kommen wir mal als Familie wieder.

Wir wahren sehr entäuscht von dem Haus wie es war nicht sauber und es hat sehr muffig gerochen

Wie wir angekommen sind war der Mülleimer noch voll im Bad wahren noch die duschutensilien vom Vorgänger drin und Schimmel in der Dusche die Schlafzimmer sind eine Zumutung auf den Matratzen Flecke sodas wir unseren Urlaub anstatt 4 Nächte auf 2 Nächte reduziert haben da wir uns einfach nicht wohlgefühlt haben ach und der See ist nur zu erreichen über eine viel befahrene Straße wir würden das Haus nicht weiterempfehlen schade eigentlich

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit Kindern und Hund!

Dieses kleine aber feine Ferienhaus war total gemütlich. Unser Highlight war der Kamin. Es war sehr Kinder- und tierfreundlich. Die vorhandene Spielesammlung war super! Danke für den Urlaub.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt !

Hallo Familie Pannier, hallo Hr. Sasse, die Absprache mit Hr. Sasse zwecks Schlüsselübergabe und Abnahme war sehr gut. Hr. Sasse hat sich um jede Anfrage gekümmert und schnell beantwortet. Danke. Im Haus wurde alles vorgefunden was man braucht. Gut so. Toll, das Kaminholz vorhanden war und wir es kostenlos benutzen konnten. Dadurch war es richtig gemütlich. Ich kann nur noch sagen, dass wir drei Männer unser mini Klassentreffen hier richtig genossen haben. Vielen Dank und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Im Winter lieber nicht

Leider stimmte es nur bedingt, dass es dort über Silvester ruhig ist. Von 12 Uhr bis zum nächsten Morgen um 6 Uhr wurde Feuerwerk abgeschossen, worüber ich verärgert bin, weil das Bedingung meiner Anfrage war. Wir mussten nicht um zehn das Haus verlassen, was in Ordnung war. Die zwei Hauptbetten, die Doppelbetten genannt werden, sind nur von einer Seite begehbar, was unbequem ist. 140 cm sind unter den Umständen nicht genug, zumal die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen sind und die ganze Konstruktion viele Geräusche von sich gibt. Sonst gut ausgestattet. Wärmeerzeugung mit Elekrtoheizung und Ofen funktionierte gut. Draussen war es sehr matschig, so dass man zu Fuß Schwierigkeiten hatte, das Grundstück zu verlassen.

Bestens zufrieden , wir können das Haus und den Ort nur Empfehlen, ein ganz toller Hundeurlaub

Das war mein schönster Kurzurlaub, ein wunderschöner Ort und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und es war alles da was man braucht. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen, ich bin begeistert. Danke

Niedliches Häuschen in schöner Umgebung

Außerhalb der Saison mit Kindern und Hund konnten wir der Ruhe der Großstadt entfliehen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und erhält alles, was man braucht und sogar ein paar Extras. Schön war's!
