Dating from 1764, this large house (300 m2) sits in a romantic 2.5 acre property deep in the idyllic Charente countryside. The holiday home or gite is designed as an oasis of tranquillity, it is an ideal place for those looking to recharge their batteries. The owner lives in a separate house on the property with a friendly dog and cats. Tenants have exclusive use of the pool and the main gardens. Two chickens provide a couple of fresh eggs every day! The main barn has been converted to provide a large Garden room – ideal for dining downstairs and relaxing on the upper floor.
