Enjoy a beverage on the private patio & take a photo alongside your own Austin mural! Whether you're here for business or pleasure, I designed this space so that you have the amenities of home while away on travel.

*PLEASE NOTE: this is a multi unit building. It does share one wall with another unit and is not a stand alone home. There is not a unit above as the building is only two stories.

Fantastic Trip

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. Literally everything you could need was provided and the location was perfect. Only a 15 minute drive within most attractions.

Wow! I would not recommend!

First I would like to say the beds of this property need to be replaced. I felt caved into the mattresses as if the mattresses were old. I suffered extreme back pain for a week after staying here. I also do not appreciate that this host used my children as an excuse to file an insurance claim on color pencils :/ . I felt that was being extremely greedy especially since I was forced to buy the insurance in order to stay here. I feel that was pre-meditated.

We miss Austin

We moved away 3 years ago and this Vrbo is perfect for when we come back to visit. Extremely quiet safe neighborhood. Amenities are great and close to all our favorite places.

Perfect for a visit with my sisters!

Relevant info was posted in the refrigerator. A/C was nice and cool on 100 degree days. Great streamer selection on the TV. Loved it!

Perfect Getaway!

This place was amazing!! We had such a great time in Austin and enjoyed hanging out at this condo! The patio was perfect for sitting outside and hanging out! Would be perfect for couples or friends. The host was AWESOME! I never write reviews, but had to for this stay! She helped us with any questions we had about going places since we had never been to Austin. Her recommendations were fantastic! We had a blast and would definitely stay again!!

Great family stay for UT graduation

was the perfect location and amount of space for ou family to stay for my sisters graduation from university. Enough space we were able to have a family dinner and close enough to go out to explore the best parts of Austin. would love to stay here again

Boho Southway Austin

Fantastic place to stay for the week. Felt right at home, Beds are comfy, air conditioning works a treat, such a relaxing place to stay. My teen walked in & first thing she said omg, it’s so Texan! We loved it so much so will highly recommend this to anyone that wants to visit Austin as it’s also so close to the city for exploring!

Nice & clean, not kid friendly, noisy neighbors

Property and property owner was excellent. FYI- property is not kid friendly (no high chair, no plastic plates, cups, etc - my fault for not looking for that when I booked). Only complaint is the neighbors are noisy- loud music in the middle of the night (around 2am - 4am) almost every night and sometimes in the evening hours (around 7pm).

Comfortable week stay

My first time in Texas. This townhouse was our base for trips to San Antonio and Waco during our week stay. It’s so comfortable, has everything you would need. Beds were heavenly, modern kitchen, washer/dryer and having two bathrooms was great. Everything very clean and organized. 10 minute drive to downtown, Rainey street district, West 6th street bars/restaurants and Ladybird lake. We had a great time in Austin. we will definitely stay here again.

Great townhome! Very modern and close to everything

Great place to stay and explore Austin. Close to the highway and a close drive to the airport and downtown. Many great coffee spots and restaurants/ food trucks near by. The home is very modern and decorated nicely. Having a washer Dryer was a big plus. Parking was never a problem and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Laurel was an excellent host. The condo was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils you needed. The outdoor area was nice and relaxing for morning coffee. I would easily stay here again. 5/5 Stars!

Hi, I'm Laurel! I work for a technology company and live in Austin, Texas. I moved here in 2021 with my 11 year old Labrador after spending 10+ years in Chicago, IL! After living in Zilker for a year, I decided to buy a condo in the South Lamar neighborhood. I love hosting and entertaining and thought Airbnb would be the perfect venture for me! I also love to travel and experience new places. If you have recommendations on wonderful places to visit, don’t hesitate to send my way! I’m a huge animal lover and love spending my time outdoors, with my dog, or trying a new restaurant or coffee shop around ATX! The Town Lake walking trail and South Congress neighborhood are some of my favorite spots but I’ll geek out on helping you have the perfect Austin experience so I’m always happy to provide recommendations!
