While staying at this loft you will enjoy all that Downtown Knoxville has to offer. Located right on Gay Street in the heart of the shopping, entertainment, and financial districts in Knoxville. You are just steps away from great restaurants, micro breweries, wonderful shops, and entertainment venues. The space features a king size bed and a full size pull out sofa, enough to accommodate four people. Thompson Boling Arena and Neyland Stadium are both within a mile away. Not to mention Knoxville is also the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains. Just a 45 minute drive and you can be in the park enjoying all its glory.

Lofty Expectations Met

What an amazing place this loft is. 1st time for us and I'm sure not the last. Everything was as pictured. Location was great. Nice and walkable. What you can't see, is how actually warm and inviting, and peaceful it is. Plenty of room and comfortable... couch, very comfortable kitchen bar stools and bed. All top notch. We will definately stay here again if we return to Knoxville.

Wonderful stay!

There was an issue with the online description of the place. The property manager was very quick to respond and correct the problem. The listing has since been updated to reflect the correct information. Great location and very walkable! We would happily stay here again!

Even better in person

This loft was absolutely perfect! The pictures are great, but it’s even cuter in person. We loved everything about it! Comfy bed, beautiful decor, hot shower, and super quiet. It was close to all of the fun and nightlife, too. Will be my first choice anytime I travel back to Knoxville!

Superb Accomadation

The location, the decor and furnishings, ease of parking and host communications all deserve 5 Stars. We will hope that this unit is available for our next visit, and will be sorely disappointed if we have to look elsewhere.

Perfect location for a Knoxville visit.

This rental could not be more perfectly located for a visit to Knoxville. The building is literally on Gay St. with a pub below and all kinds of shops, breweries, restaurants, galleries, and entertainment just steps away. Market Square is less than a 5 min. walk away too. Very quiet even on a BUSY St. Patrick's/March Madness weekend. Free parking garages (on weekends) are less than a block away and the building is super-easy to get in/out of. Great host. Easy to communicate with. Stylish and comfortable furniture with all the amenities you'd want. We come to Knoxville once a year to visit friends/family, and this is easily our favorite place we've stayed. 10/10, recommend.

Location location location!!

This property is gorgeous and after a day of flights and lost luggage it felt like an oasis from the world! Its' beautifully decorated and appointed with lots of towels, extra sheets, plenty of kitchen items for making breakfast, etc. We loved our stay and highly recommend this lovely apartment in the heart of the town to anyone visiting Knoxville! And, the people of Knoxville are the friendliest! :)

There are always fun things going on in Knoxville from: walking to Market Square, visiting the Old City, and taking a stroll through World's Fair Park there always seem to have something happening.
