No bars held in making sure all your needs will be met when spending time here in your vacation home. Kitchen-aid appliances throughout, reverse osmosis filtered water, and enjoy a few Nespresso Coffee on us! The built-in wet bar overlooks the expansive living room, giving you a 75” flat screen with all the fix-ins for entertainment at your fingertips. From Foosball to Shuffleboard and board games, you will always have something to do at this vacation home. For some, the highlight will be the luxury massage chairs that are nestled in the sunroom for a relaxing oasis. 💆

This gorgeous home has 2 Bedrooms with a bunk and a queen each, and another with dual queens that has a 65” flat screen. The Master Bed is outfitted with a massage bed and a stunning bathroom that has 2 vanities separated by the walk-in shower and a free-standing princess tub. Entire home is extremely clean, and meticulously maintained for your comfort and satisfaction. 💯

You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Or maybe “WFH” in style... 🧑‍💻

★NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
Up to $1000 fee for excessive cleanup.

★ PARKING★
Max 5 cars allowed in front of the house, and additional parking is available in the back (4) if needed. If any questions, please reach out and ask. We like to keep our neighbors happy.

★ NO PETS ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★
YouTube TV (cable channels) is installed and logged into all our smart TVs, and you may use Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. by simply logging in.

★ POOL and SPA★
The Brand New Salt Water Pool is heated up to a comfortable 82 to 85 degrees during your stay (1pm-6pm, April thru October) and the integrated Spa is set to 101 degrees and can be controlled by you. If temperature reaches near 40 degrees the pool heating will be shut off for protection. If there are any issues with the Pool and Spa, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. (barring rain or storm)

★ SECURITY★
There are two security cameras overlooking the front driveway, smart doorbell, and one camera overlooking the backyard (facing to the pool). They are used to prevent unwanted visits. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras.
