Kasa Maui - Ocean View Apartment - 1 Minute From Sandy Beach!!

Kasa Maui is located across the street from Sandy Beach. Its location is walking distance to Tamboo Bar & Restaurant, Big Kahuna Burger Bar, Red Flamboyan, and The Island House Restaurant. Our property has two apartments, one on each level. Our 2nd level Ocean View Apartment sleeps 2 adults in our queen size pillow-top bed comfortably. The apartment features stainless steel appliances, a flat panel tv, and air conditioning. WiFi is throughout the property so you can stay connected. Outside, enjoy our large gazebo and relax on our hammocks or the Adirondack Chairs. We provide beach towels and Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs as well. For the ultimate privacy, rent both levels of Kasa Maui. You will have all the amenities listed plus have the entire property for you and your guests. For Your Peace Of Mind, Kasa Maui features a 16KW Whole House Automatic Backup Generator.

Perfect spot

We love this property. It’s such a great location in regards to surf spots. Not fancy, but has what you need for a good stay. Definitely will be back for a fourth time soon!

Rincon Kasa Maui Feb. 2024

Clean, affordable, centrally located near beach, bars and restaurants. Upstairs view of the ocean. 4 day stay. Only negative was fridge and freezer were not working properly when we checked in. Had food and beverages purchased prior to check in which fortunately we were able to leave food with friends for 2 days. Management had it up and running as soon as they could. Other than that, Kasa Maui good place to stay

Right at home

Immediately felt right at home and comfortable at Kasa Maui. Had just what we needed. Appreciated the parking, beach chairs, just right accommodation for two and nice hot shower. Have stayed in Sandy Beach area in past and was glad to be steps from the beach and near Dona Lala beach, Spires and eatery and so many other nearby shops, eateries and entertainment. Morning exercise was followed by quick walk to Jake’s Coffee. Such a seamless rental, entry and exit process. Thank you!

Had a great stay

We really enjoyed our time in Rincon. The location was very convenient, very clean, and comfortable! Especially enjoyed sitting on the upper balcony having coffee and hearing the ocean closeby. We would stay here again.

Great location and accommodations

Kasa Maui is perfect for a relaxing stay in Sandy Beach. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, and right across the street from the beach and surf rentals. Supply beach chairs and towels, which is a really nice amenity.

No frills perfection!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, location or it’s owner. It’s not fancy but the bed was super comfy with lots of extra pillows/blankets, if you needed it. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics, although a measuring cup would have been little helpful. The coffee machine broke in my first morning but within minutes the owner responded and we got the issue resolved. It’s not fancy but it was just what I needed. I found it to be cute and simple. In terms of location, I had a challenge getting myself off the lovely porch each morning, but was able to pull myself to Sandy Beach, just 2 houses over. Beautiful beach, with surf lessons available, which I did later on the week. Really nice people, very helpful. I also ate at the local spots, Tamboo, Red Flamboyan and Casa Verde, all great and within walking distance. All in all, as a recent grad school graduate, this was the perfect spot to runway too and process the last 4 years. I look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Perfect little oasis

Such a sweet little spot to escape the real world. Primo location for Rincón stayers. Comfortable bed and beautiful views. Would stay again! Recommend flying into Aguadilla. Easier drive

Perfect location for all of the local breaks! Close to bars and restaurants. Can see the ocean across the street for wave checks. Could’ve used a couple more beach towels for a 5 day stay, only had 1 for each of us for the week. But other than that, perfect for what we needed!

The property was very private and was in a great location! It was a bit outdated and there was some visible wear and tear but it was affordable and soo comfortable for our getaway. A great home away from home!

Property was very clean and had everything we needed . Carl was good host , will definitely be back . Great location. Only thing I would recommend a better coffee pot . 5 cups took 20 mins to brew . Also a second set of towels would be great for guest . Make it little more comfortable for guest who stay for 8 days .

Casa Maui

Great communication with hosts. Casa maui is perfectly located right across sandy beach with private parking. It is truly the ideal rincon stay. House was very clean and ready. Power went out during our last night and the generator worked perfectly and kept us turned on. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the perfect rincon experience.

Great place to stay/walk to Sandy Beach

Great place to stay with short walk to an amazing beach!! Loved watching the surfers!! Beach chairs were provided which we carried to the beach within a 5 minute walk. (Sandy Beach) Fantastic to be that close!!! Be sure to hit the other beaches in the area. All are beautiful and weren’t really crowded in January. We ate breakfast at Ricomini Bakery-highly recommend!

Great Stay

Outstanding - As Always...

This is our 4th stay at Kasa Maui and as always, it was perfect. We stayed from December 1st to 21st. The location is perfect, the unit was clean, had everything we needed. The new mattress was extra comfortable - amazing actually. Every time we visit, it's like we are returning home. Karl and Evelyn are excellent hosts and our questions were answered quickly. Thanks again - we hope to see you again soon!
