The Bear Lake Beach Home located on the South Beach of beautiful Bear Lake, Utah commands a breathtaking view of the turquoise lake and direct access to the sandy beach and shallow waters for an ideal family beach vacation. This beautiful beach home has 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 20 people.
Bear Lake is a natural freshwater lake about 109 square miles (280 km2) in size. The lake has been called the “Caribbean of the Rockies” for its unique turquoise-blue color, which is due to the reflection of calcium carbonate (limestone) deposits suspended in the lake.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 60 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 60 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

Perfect Family Vacation Stay

Four-day family vacation. Stunning views of the lake. Children spent hours on the swing set. Lots of room to gather. Comfortable beds. Close to beaches where we used water craft and inflatable kayak and raft. We love this place. Briefly met owners next door who were lovely.

Enjoy d the stay, “but”!

We actually held our wedding at the location but I will say that the pictures are misleading to what you are actually getting. Only one picture that actually states swing set shows the building you are getting and some of the others are misleading. We made it work, the owners who own the main house that you see in most pictures did not show so we were able to make do. We also rented the apartment across the street for added room so that was a bonus. Contacts for the property were easily accessible so thank you for that. Everything was clean and a cute place for our family to gather for our event. Will say, if not for the main family not showing to their property the money spent we could of had a nicer place on the hill overlooking the lake but definitely worth being on the lake.

Loved our stay

We love staying here! The size and location are just perfect for us. The property was clean and well cared for. The address listed is not correct and I tried on two different occasions to contact the manger but never heard back. But we loved our stay and we’ll definitely stay again.

Lots of room perfect location

Everything about this property was awesome. Only draw back is lack of air conditioning. Pretty warm inside until middle of the night. Loved the double ovens.

Bear lake 2021

We stayed here again because of the great location. We loved having access to the beach. We loved going out over and over all day without having to pack up put kayaks and paddle boards.

Stay at the Lake House

We loved staying at the lake house. We loved the location, the ease of getting to the beach. The private beach was nice. We have stayed at a place without a private beach and really enjoyed walking outside and having a big area to use just for us! We loved the ease of checking in and out. The main room is big and fit everyone perfectly. The kitchen area is great. We wished there was a TV upstairs by the couch to let the kids have an area to play in in the evenings. We wish the beds were comfier and that there had been more towels. We wish the 1/2 bath (was advertised as just sinks)....and there needs to be an outlet by those sinks. The sprinklers woke us up every time they came on since there is not air and we needed to have the windows open. The shower heads in both bathrooms need to be replaced. We would stay here again because the private beach was worth it.

Relaxing Stay

We had an amazing time during our stay. The house was very clean and they provided us with plenty of towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and other essential items. The communication was great and they where very accommodating. Again we had a very relaxing time and enjoyable time and would consider staying again.

Perfect beach house getaway

The space was great. Bigger than we had expected. They had towels and a grill and fuel and dishes and blankets and sheets for the pull out and beach chairs and toys. They had several picnic tables just outside for extra seating. The swing set there turned out to be incredible for our group. The beach was close to the house this year. We were able to have a campfire on the beach. Getting questions answered was easy. The only complaint any of us had was that there were a couple rooms that didn’t cool off well without A/C which we realize is typical for that area. For the most part this was a perfect find and we would love to come back again.

Love the Beach

We absolutely loved the beach and the swing set. Didn't like the sprinklers coming on Saturday morning when we were eating breakfast and the upstairs shower leaking in the kitchen. Also would have liked to have a detail of beds and sizes in the description. Overall we had a great stay here and it accommodated our whole family nicely.

Don’t look any farther!

Location location location right? What a fantastic property this was for our family of 18. The home was large and spacious, the big trees providing much shade in the grassy backyard and the proximity to the water was exceptional—along with the sandy beach for the little ones . No doubt we will be returning!

Perfect👌

We absolutely loved staying here! They had everything you needed from the grill(with a propane tank), washer and dryer(with laundry detergent), a bonfire, to beach toys for our kids! Everyone enjoyed the lake, which was not a far walk and the little playground was a plus for our family with little ones. The host was very respectful and answered all our question accordingly and in a short time. Loved the fact that there were plates, cups, and all utensil you need and didnt have to bring your own things even had cooking equipment. Didnt have to worry about anything and really felt at home. We really appreciated it and will recommend it 100%

Great outdoor area for children. Loved the beach area.

Our large family had a great time. We loved having our own beach where the kids could play in the water, kayak, and look for frogs. There was plenty of room for 20 of us. The kitchen was big enough to fix our meals. We had a great time and are planning next years vacation.

Immaculate and Spacious with Beautiful View

This was a Christmas getaway for 6 adults. We spent four days rambling around in the huge kitchen with plenty of dishes, playing games at the large table looking out on the lake, and watching videos into the night. We even tried out the swing-set, even though it was freezing! Everything was clean and new. The bathrooms and showers were large. Beds are more firm than we are used to, but we stayed warm and cozy with the radiant heat. We want to go back in the summer and enjoy the private beach. Shelsie was a gracious contact and promptly answered all our questions by text. Definitely recommend this site!!

Amazing week right on the lake

Our family had an amazing week right on the lake! The location was convenient. The beach home was very clean and beautifully remodeled. The layout was perfect for accommodating our family. We hope to return again.

Great Beach-Front House

Beautiful home with great access to Bear Lake. Big yard with playground and beach access for kids to play on beach. Very nice kitchen with big dining area. Perfect Bear Lake getaway for a family of 15 people.

There was an outside BBQ grill to use but they didn't tell us that it wasn't an auto start and that we needed matches which no one had. It shows that the lake is right next to the grass behind the house, but it is actually 300 yards away from the grass. That was one of the biggest reasons we rented it. There was lots of grass to use and many of the kids wanted to camp out. But when we got there we were told we couldn't put up tents or blow up things on the grass at all. We were told they provide the toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags, but there wasn't enough for the week, 6 rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels except what was left on a roll and 5 garbage bags so we called the management company and they told us that was all they provided and if we needed more we had to go buy them. The closest store was 20 minutes away. Then on the third day we ran out of hot water which we at first couldn't figure out why but later found that the big propane tank on the property was completely empty. So again we called and they said they would have it filled in 30 minutes, well 4 hours later and being without hot water all day, it was filled.The toilets plugged easily and the plunger they provided was too small to cover the hole for a good suction. Very aggravating. We were charged a large cleaning fee prior to coming but reading their rules upon arrival they said if we didn't clean it they would charge us another even larger cleaning fee. A cleaning fee means just that they clean it because we paid them to. The site said plenty of parking but yet again when we got there on Monday they told us we couldn't park in the driveway until Wednesday because there was new asphalt. The site said they had 2 and a half bathrooms. It has 2 and a vanity. Ask any builder a half bathroom is a toilet and a sink. It was very overpriced and should have been a $200.00 or $300.00 a night experience. There is no air conditioning either. I would NOT recommend this property because of price, service and miss representation of their site. Very disappointing!!!!
