Great Family home located in private gated community of DeBordieu just Steps to beach access.

This property is well stocked to meet the needs of ANY guest. This six bedroom home is just a two minute walk from the beach on a quiet street. Five of the six bedrooms feature access to a porch and come fully equipped for a relaxing vacation.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature a King in each, (as well as private baths) Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature a Queen in each, Bedroom 5 features Two twin beds and bedroom 6 features Two Bunk beds. This home also features a full kitchen including a coffee pot maker, an outside shower and much more. Full Golf and Club membership which allows guests access to dining, golf, tennis and pools with applicable club account fee. Downstairs screen porch and open porches on second and third floors. This home is GREAT for families and large of space and rooms for a gathering.

NEW CLUB ACCESS FOR 2022...
DeBordieu community clubhouse offers dining, golf, tennis, fitness center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed. Rental Agent is not responsible for any club accounts or club arrangements. This home has a golf level membership.

Nice place but needs some TLC

The house was nice and provided plenty of room for our family. One strong point about house was its nearness to the beach. Our family spent lots of time enjoying the beautiful beach since it isn’t as crowded as beaches closer to Mrytle Beach. The home does need a few improvements, such as painting porches and replacing some porch furniture. Also, we had a problem with ants in the kitchen and some other rooms.

The counter space in the kitchen was too small for our group- we prepared every meal. WiFi was extremely spotty- routers throughout the house would be helpful.

Too pricey for what you get

It was very expensive for the condition of the property. Old bathrooms, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, old bedding, old carpet. It was our only option because we had a 6 year old 10 lb miniature dachshund who does not chew and is totally trained but the only option for pets. It should be less expensive but was more expensive then some of the really nice beautiful houses that did not take pets.

Great for large groups

Home is perfect for large groups. We have 6 couples and everyone had their own bed and bath. Garage is a little messy…. A lot of stuff and difficult to get the golf cart. The office staff is nice and very friendly. Yet, it would be nice to be able to check in and out at the gate. All in all, it was a great vacation.

Excellent stay in great location!

This property was perfectly located just steps from the beach and a short cart ride to all Debordieu facilities. While the home was slightly more dated than expected (particularly the bathrooms), it was very clean and communal areas were welcoming and updated. Will definitely visit again!

Perfect House! Perfect Vacation!

There were 5 adult bikes we used, beach toys with a wagon to carry everything! Debordieu was wonderful. The beach was not crowded! We rented a boat and used the landing to launch! It was really everything we could ask for in a vacation! Suzanne was wonderful to work with. Tide Life and the owner's welcome gift was so thoughtful!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful time at the house and in Debordieu. We were only in town for a weekend wedding, but this house allowed 11 of us to get together in one place to catch up between the weekend wedding festivities. The house had plenty of space and room for a lot of people to enjoy. We had several meals in the house and everyone had the privacy of their own bathroom/bedroom. The common spaces were perfect for large groups to hang out and the house had wonderful balcony and deck space to enjoy the weather, along with a game room and covered deck.The only problem we had was a coffee maker with a note that the coffee maker was broken. That cost us 40 minutes (round trip) to Pawleys for coffee on Saturday morning, but the house had everything else we needed.

Bikes, pool table and tvs, in almost all of the rooms, were big assets. Wish the kitchen was more equipped. There was just 1 dish towel, and with 12 adults, only about 7 coffee mugs.Easy access to the beach. We would definitly recommend this house for your vacation.
