Welcome to a quiet residential area, close to the "Leipziger Straße" exit of the Magdeburger Ring. Here you will find a cozy apartment fully equipped to make your stay in Magdeburg comfortable and uncomplicated.

You can reach the cozy top-floor apartment via two staircases through a shared staircase.

The apartment is flooded with light during the day thanks to the large skylights. They can be easily darkened using the roller blinds. On warm summer days, the air conditioning provides cool refreshment.

In the small hallway you will find a checkroom that can be used for jackets, shirts and shoes.

Behind this is the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The two-piece kitchenette has everything you need for a cozy evening of cooking: Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (free) Tassimo capsules from Jacobs, kettle, toaster. Of course, all crockery and cutlery is available in the cupboards. An integrated dishwasher is available for cleaning all utensils used.

There is a small, cozy dining area in the kitchen, which invites you to eat together and be together.

Right next to the kitchen is the modern bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin.

The bedroom is the multifunctional room and a highlight in our cozy apartment. The cozy 1.60 m × 2.00 m queen-size double bed is located directly under the skylights. On clear nights, you can watch the beautiful starry sky from here.

Next to the bed is a bedside cabinet and chest of drawers to store your clothes.
The bedroom also has a 43" smart TV and a desk with matching chair. Of course, you can access the internet (free of charge).

Parking is available free of charge in front of the apartment. On some days it is a little busier, so it may happen that you cannot park directly in front of the apartment and have to walk a few meters.

High-quality hand and bath towels and bed linen are of course provided free of charge. Shampoos and hand soaps are available as a small welcome set.
