DETACHED VILLA with private pool plus now has Hot tub. Set in its own grounds of orange and lemon trees, avocado and fig, grape vines, banana palms. Private gated pool (overlooking Sierra Nevada Mountains) Free Pool heating March to November. 10 mins drive to beach. Villa has 1 king bedroom or will convert to twin plus 1 twin bedroom. Villa also has an annex building with two double beds, an ideal family room now with en suite shower room. Cot avail @ £10 cost. Main villa has a lounge with TV but it has no TV channels but is for the use of videos and dvds plus a fire stick for your Netflix etc. We leave a good selection of from disney family type to 18 s. There is also a playstation with selection of games. CD. Bluetooth Speakers. Kitchen is well equiped. It has plenty of cutlery crockery.4 ring gas hob,worktop oven,microwave,fridge and freezer,washing mach, dishwasher etc. Covered dining terrace with pull down wind blinds for cooler evenings with patio heater which overlooks the pool with Table 6 Comfy Chairs and 4 Comfy stools. An additional fridge/freezer. Lge built in double barbeque area near pool & dining terrace. Air cond works evenings. Ideal for a holiday with friends or family. Rent it for a long weekend, or for 10 days or a weeks or two!

Supertolle Whirlpool mit Traumaussicht!

Malaga ist immer eine Reise wert wir lieben diese Region.Das Haupthaus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Als Sommer Domizil super geeignet als Winter Domizil nicht geeignet da es keine Heizung hat und nur mit der Klimaanlage geheizt werden kann außerdem befindet sich das Esszimmer im Freien das bei starkem Wind in der kalten Jahreszeit nicht genutzt werden kann.Wir waren zu 5. Und mein Sohn mit seiner Freundin sollte das Nebengebäude nutzen das etwas abseits steht dies war leider nicht möglich da das Nebengebäude ziemlich moderig roch und auch das ganze Inventar war sehr altbacken und teils in einem defekten Zustand das mein Sohn nicht darin schlafen wollte daher mussten wir Sie im Hotel unterbringen.Der Whirlpool ist der Hammer er ist noch ziemlich Neu und war unser Highlight jeden Tag 2x und dann die Aussicht war wirklich traumhaft.Leider ist der Garten sehr ungepflegt und wild und das ist Schade den mit den ganzen Obstbäumen die da wachsen könnte man ein Paradise daraus machen.Karen und auch der Poolboy waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.Supermarkt und Autobahn sind schnell zu erreichen. Leider ist die Auffahrt am Haus mit einem normalen Auto schwierig zu bewältigen da Sie sehr steil ist und sehr große tiefe Löcher hat wir hatten einen SUV als Mietwagen da ging es.

Alojamiento muy bonito y agradable, una lastima la dejadez de la zona vegetal y la falta de productos de limpieza y el temporizador automatico del aire acondicionado, entrada a la casa muy costosa con un turismo comun, la rampa tiene mucha inclinación y roza los bajos del coche, en general bien salvo esos detallitos.

Villa viel wat tegen. De foto's op website zijn waarschijnlijk oud.

Het uitzicht is prachtig en t klimaat heerlijk! Het is een fijne plek, maar de villa zelf is wel aan renovatie toe. De matrassen zijn zeer oud. Gordijnen vallen snel met roede en al naar beneden. Hang en sluitwerk van de ramen is matig. De ligstoelen zijn verweerd. De mooie rosé van de website staan ergens in de tuin weg te kwijnen. De vliegtuigen hoor je wel degelijk en in de buurt slaat elke hond aan . Het zijn overigens heel aardige mensen, de man van t zwembad, schoonmaakster, tuinman. De eigenaar klonk ook zeer vriendelijk aan de telefoon. Al met al hebben we t fijn gehad, maar laat je verwachting niet te hoog zijn. Wij moesten echt even omschakelen. De informatie boeken die er liggen dateren uit 2003. De foto's waarschijnlijk ook.

An enjoyable stay in this lovely villa.

Upon arrival had a few issues which were swiftly resolved by the owner after a couple of phone calls. The villa is quite remote and was initially a little difficult to find. A car is definitely needed. The views are magnificent from the lounge and pool area and the location is very peaceful. Albert the pool guy was very helpful, and helped with sorting out a few things we needed doing. The villa is a great base for exploring the Costa del Sol with good motorway connections and is lovely and quiet to return to after a busy day out. The accommodation is comfortable inside and out with a large shady outdoor patio for eating during hot summer days. Great for small groups or families. For self catering there is a good range of supermarkets nearby.

peaceful, rural hideaway

We loved our stay at this villa as we wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing. The villa had everything we needed...a nice big pool and an outside dining area. We did have a problem with the pool being cloudy for a while but as others have said Albert was quickly on the case and sorted it out when we rang him. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook good meals. Just a small point though...it would have been good for some adult sized wine and beer glasses for round the pool as always worried about breakages. We stayed as a group of 4 but there would have been room for more as there is a further family room/apartment in the garden with own bathroom. There is no wifi which can be a mixed blessing but for the most part it was fine as one of our party still had phone signal. We hired a car as it would be pretty difficult to get around without and trips to the shop and beach were easy with one. We used the local Lidl and also the Mercadona...both within 10 mins away and went to Torremolinos beach. The villa is incredibly convenient for the airport....we had an early flight and it made it much easier to be close by. The view from the terrace is lovely and as others have said, we enjoyed watching (but not hearing !) the planes land in the distance.

Amazing week away at this villa. Pool was great and very warm. Views of the mountains were amazing and the villa was all we needed and very clean and well looked after. Pool man was a wealth of knowledge. Nearby town was very pretty full of bars ,restaurants and at this time of year there were many things going on to do with Easter. A must see. Family holiday

Just come back from this lovely Villa, Weather was a bit unpredictable but it was only March.. Had a fantastic time and loved the Villa and the beautiful views which are over looking the mountains. ( and even enjoyed watching the planes coming in to land) It’s a short drive from there airport about 15 minutes and the owners gave us excellent directions. On entering the Villa it’s a steep drive but with also good tiled steps to one side. (Which at nighttime have all censor lights on so no trouble seeing) The Villa was nice and clean and decorated very nice and modern with lovely large white floor tiles throughout (so also easy to keep clean), The sitting room as 2 large leather comfy sofas (with oilfilled radiators) For chilled nights if needed, we hardly used Cos when we weren’t out we mostly sat on the patio area which as a large table & chairs and a huge gas filled heater (which was lovely and cosy and very relaxing while having a few cheeky cocktails) Nothing nicer than chillaxing over the light up pool area watching the planes coming in. Both bedrooms are decorated very nice and the beds are very comfy, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. The kitchen is well laid out and lots of pots and pans etc etc. We visited a few places whilst there but my favourite was Benalmádena especially at nighttime, very pretty over overlooking the port all light up. walked into Torremolinos from there and went to a lovely Indian called the royal “ can highly recommended” and also a few doors from there was another restaurant called the carvery “which was my favourite” definitely must try both. We also walked down to the local bars and taco bar, “which is about a 20 minute walk (but I do walk slow) everyone down there was very friendly and made us feel welcome.. And oh my the vodkas was extremely large, in fact coming back to the villa I didn’t even notice that it was all up hill ha ha. There was a party of 4 of us stayed here, my daughter (18yrs) and her boyfriend stayed in the garden villa, which they loved having there own space .. The pool is kept clean by Albert, who comes Monday Wednesday & Friday and what an absolutely lovely man he is.. Nothing was to much trouble and he helped us out loads (so a big thank you Albert) A big thank you to the owners for a lovely holiday.

Dejligt hus i typisk spansk stil beliggende i rolige omgivelser med kort afstand strand og by

Vi er netop vendt hjem efter 3 uger i dette dejlige hus med den fantastiske beliggenhed og overvældende udsigt. Vejret var lidt svingende i perioden men da vi på forhånd havde planlagt nogle byer og steder vi gerne ville se i Andalusien fik vi så vidt muligt lagt disse ture på dage hvor vejret var mindre godt. Poolen som hører til huset var bare dejlig og vi brugte den flittigt. Det var lækkert at svømme i denne opvarmede pool som blev rengjort hver anden dag af poolmanden Albert. En stor tak til Albert for hans venlige væremåde og så var han rigtig god til at foreslå forskellige ture i området. Vi prøvede flere af dem, bl.a. til El Chorro. Det var en spændende tur op i bjergene og den dag var det fantastisk vejr og vi spiste medbragt mad med en overdådig udsigt over området. Vi vil gerne anbefale dette hus til alle som gerne vil lidt væk fra larmen og støjen ved strandende men dog ikke er længere væk end at man kan køre dertil på 15 minutter. Til Karen tak for en dejlig ferie i dette dejlige hus. Vi håber snart at kunne vende tilbage, måske en måned tidligere end i år. Dorthe og Henning Danmark

Idyllic getaway

Perfect for peace and quiet. Perfectly clean with everything you could need. The place was spotless when I arrived. A perfect getaway. I was worried about being so close to the airport but I needn't have bothered as there is practically no noise. I was informed that a car is necessary but I survived without. It is a trek to get shopping. The local shop is 5 mins walk away but it is a steep hill and it is hidden so if you do not know where it is, you will not find it. I found it better to go to Alhaurín de la Torre Supermarcado. On the left as you exit, there is a taxi rank. Take their card and you have a direct line to a taxi driver that knows where the villa is. I used them twice, but be warned, the metre was not turned on during both taxi rides so I don't know if I was overcharged. 8 Euro from Alhaurín de la Torre and 25 Euro to the airport. There are plenty of books to read, films to watch, games to play. The TV will take USB and reads most file types. Certainly plays mp3 and MKV. There are neighbours but apart from Saturday night I never heard them. There were lots of cats that wander around in the early morning and during sunset so you cant leave anything edible outside but shoo them away and they don't come back. Albert the pool guy is a wealth of info about the surrounding area and for a coffee whilst he works (Mon, Wed, Fri from 9-10) he will tell you what you need to know. He is a great bloke. I will love to stay again, great place at a great price. +

Very relaxing winter break

The property is pretty much as it states in the details and photos.there were 5 of us 4 adults and a 13 year old grandson. We grandparents took the annexe. There was plenty of space and allowed for us to not be on top of one another. Local shops etc very close, Lidls only 5 minutes away. As well as the wide range of DVD's The tv also takes a usb flash drive so we had plenty of movies etc to watch in the evening.

Fabulous place

We stayed at this fabulous place with the breathtaking view during our one week visit to Andalucia! We found it as the pictures shows. But the view is more fantastic. If you are after a comfortable stay with cosy homey feeling then this place is the one! We received a very detailed informations about how to get to the house and where to go/shop etc. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of blankets and pillows. Huge amount of towels (you gonna need it when u enjoy the heated pool) DVD:s, CD:s, games and books of all kind. The children enjoyed watching some animated movies after long days out. The garden if very nice and we enjoyed some fruits picked up directly from the tree. The house is very clean and tidy. Albert the pool-man is very friendly and helpful, he helped us first day when we had problems picking up our rental car and he is very generous with tips and advice on different day trips and where to go! The cleaning lady were very sweet and helped alot when we first arrived. We were lucky to have the opportunity meeting Karen, very sweet and generous. She was only phone call away even during her trip (first days of our stay) We would definitely come back to this house again and we would recommend it to family and friends. So please do not hesitate and book the house! Finally we would love to thank Karen once more for letting us share this beautiful property and the view. Hats off for Karen and keep up the good work!

There is no need to put an early finish to your evenings. You can put the children to bed and feel they are safe and you can enjoy your evenings outside on the terrace and not be stuck in a hotel room.
