Wir waren als Familie für zwei Wochen da, die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und Lieb und hat uns gut empfangen, mit Leckereien Kekse, Wasser, alles so was man für einen Tag braucht so dass wir nicht sofort einkaufen gehen mussten. Das Haus ist sehr Liebevoll eingerichtet aber Leider in die Jahre gekommen, mein Rücken schmerzt leider immernoch von dem Brettharten Betten, die Klimaanlage ist leider auch alt sodass wir krank wurden. Alles Drumherum nochmal würde ich dieses Ferienhaus leider nicht Mieten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und Garten

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Schlafcouch (haben wir nicht genutzt) und einem Einzelbett sowie ein weiteres Einzelbett in einem kleinen Zimmer. Die Matratzen der Einzelbetten waren nicht sehr bequem. In den Schlafräumen sowie dem Wohnzimmer sind Klimaanlagen installiert, allerdings schafft die Stromversorgung nicht mehr als zwei Geräte gleichzeitig (in Sizilien normal). Da wir das Wohnzimmer nicht genutzt haben, war das aber auch ausreichend. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich ein Toaster fehlt. Es gibt eine Nespresso-Maschine und einen Wasserkocher sowie eine Spülmaschine. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr groß. Es gibt einen Esstisch für 6 Personen, sowie eine Lounge-Ecke mit Rattanmöbeln. Beide Plätze können mit Markisen beschattet werden. In dem kleinen Garten ist noch eine weitere Sitzgarnitur unter einem Ampelschirm. Wirklich sehr gemütlich. Wir waren zu viert dort. Dafür ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Fünf gingen vielleicht auch noch, aber bei mehr als fünf wird es schwierig für alle einen kühlen Schlafplatz zu finden. Silvana ist sehr nett. Sie hat bis nachts um halb eins auf uns gewartet, weil unser Flug große Verspätung hatte. Wir würden die Wohnung nochmals buchen.

Tutto perfetto

La casa è molto bella e funzionale. Ci sono tutte le comodità per un soggiorno confortevole. Bellissima la terrazza e molto comoda la doccia esterna. Tutto a due passi dal mare. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Semplicemente bellissima

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, ben arredato e fornito di tutto. La signora Silvana si è mostrata sempre gentile e sollecita nel rispondere positivamente alle nostre richieste (poche, in verità, perché la dotazione è veramente completa). Camere arredate con gusto, cucina perfettamente corredata e tutto molto pulito, con spazi esterni molto ampi e ben attrezzati . Piscina bellissima per momenti di autentico relax ... alla fine non si sarebbe voluti più andare via !

Lovely stay in this pretty apartment

We stayed here with four daughters aged 4 to 15 and had a great time. The beach was a short walk from the apartment and the fantastic pool even less. The decor is charming and artistic. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything required. We particularly liked the outdoor patio area.

Bellissima vacanza

Vacanza perfetta...la casa è ferfettamente come da foto con tutti i confort per rilassarsi e divertirsi in compagnia . La spiaggia è molto vicina , comoda e soprattutto tranquilla e la piscina è bellissima e ben tenuta . Consiglierei questa casa a chiunque e ad ogni fascia di età, veramente ottima !

Super Ferien in Rometta Marea!

Wir durften vom 12. bis zum 22.Juli 2016 unsere Ferien in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Mit 7 Personen waren wir eine grosse Familie und doch hat jeder Platz genug für sich gefunden! Die Lage des Hauses ist pefekt! Nahe beim Pool welcher sehr sauber ist! Und ebenfalls fast direkt am Meer! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit vielen kleinen Details liebevoll dekoriert! Welche wir der Kinder wegen die sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt haben ein wenig wegräumen mussten! Es ist Alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht! Waschmaschine, Fön, Klimaanlage, Babybett... Frau Nastasi haben wir als eine sehr sympathische, freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin kennengelernt die keine Wünsche offen lässt ! Wir kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder! Maison très agréable, très bien située.

Nous sommes ravis de cette location. La maison est grande,toute équipée, la climatisation fonctionne bien et elle est absolument nécessaire en Sicile en juillet!!!! La proximité avec la piscine et la mer est idéale ,le quartier est tranquille. la piscine est très grande et très propre. la mer est magnifique. des vacances parfaites.

Stupenda!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa stupenda villetta da fine giugno '14 a poco dopo metà luglio e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Siamo una famiglia con 2 bambini, all'epoca di 2 anni e 9 mesi e di 9 mesi. Il complesso è tranquillo ed ha a disposizione una piscina molto curata e pulita ed un comodo accesso al mare. La spiaggia si è un pò ritirata e risulta fruibile solo nei giorni di mare calmo, ma basta spostarsi di 30 metri e diventa molto larga. L'arredamento è molto curato, signorile, e completo di ogni accessorio che possa servire in vacanza al mare. E' presente anche una comodissima doccia all'aperto, protetta da un muro che garantisce la necessaria privacy, anche se dal piano superiore qualche sguardo indiscreto potrebbe sbirciare! E' possibile parcheggiare la macchina di fronte al cancelletto, soluzione da noi adottata, oppure giù in garage, l'accesso al quale è però consigliabile solo a vetture non troppo basse, perchè si rischia di "grattarne" il fondo. Gli spazi non mancano, sia all'interno che all'esterno, e sono tutti da vivere fino in fondo. Ognuno ha un suo perchè, frutto di una cura ed una attenzione che solo una casa vissuta per tanti anni può garantire, oltre all'indiscutibile gusto della proprietaria, signora Silvana. Nelle giornate più calde si può accendere l'aria condizionata disponibile in 2 delle 3 camere da letto ed in sala. Si è resa necessaria solo qualche giorno, complice non solo una estate meno calda del solito, ma anche la brezza che giungeva dal mare che rende questa villetta fresca, compresa la veranda coperta dove si pranza anche in presenza di sole. La cucina ha tutto, qualsiasi utensile, pentola, padella, difficile pensare a qualcosa che non sia presente. C'è anche una piccola lavastoviglie. Il frigo è enorme e nuovissimo. Mancava solo il forno a microonde, ma non a tutti serve. Per noi era fondamentale in particolare per scaldare il latte dei bambini e per sterilizzare i biberon ed avendolo saputo per tempo ce lo siamo procurato. I mobili da esterno sono comodissimi e praticissimi e consentono di rilassarsi negli orari di relax. Da fine luglio in piscina è previsto un programma di animazione con spettacoli, tornei, ma anche tante occasioni di svago per i bambini. Su questo aspetto non possiamo esprimerci poichè siamo partiti prima dell'inizio del programma. In definitiva consigliamo senza ombra di dubbio di soggiornare in questa splendida villetta.

Schöner Urlaub in angenehmen Umfeld!!!

Schöne und saubere Wohnung mit toller Terrasse zum essen und entspannen. Netter Sandstrand in 100m / Schönes Freibad in 50m mit Liegestühlen und privater Atmosphäre (ohne Zusatzkosten / wenige Besucher / Öffnungszeiten waren 10.30-14.00 und 16.30-20.00) Auto für Ausflüge empfehlenswert. Objekt wie beschrieben! Vielen Dank! :-)
