A non-smoking family Beach house located 800m from the ocean.

Location
Singleton is a beachside location in the southern suburbs, between Secret Harbour and Mandurah, approximately 60km south of the Perth CBD.

A short 10 minute drive to Mandurah Foreshore to do a Dolphin Cruise on the Estuary and 20 minutes to Rockingham Foreshore to visit Penguin Island.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants available between Mandurah and Rockingham, with seven large shopping centre complexes within a 25 minute drive.

Easy access to the freeway to head north or south, via Paganoni Road. 7 minute drive to Lakelands Train Station with easy connections to Mandurah and Perth.

Our House
Centrally located with a short 1 minute walk to a large park and sporting complex, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to public transport (bus with train connections available) to both Mandurah and Rockingham.

Within Singleton, there is a small shopping complex near the beach, with a Bakery, Deli, Fish & Chips shop, Chinese Restaurant and Cafe. A short 1kms away, there is a brand new shopping centre with a Woolworths, BWS and Pharmacy.

Rates and Conditions
A security bond of $250 is charged per stay. This will be refunded within 7 days of vacating should there be no issues with the stay.

2 night minimum stay
3 night minimum stay for long weekends and 1st December 2023 to 31st January 2024 and school holidays
4 night minimum stay for Easter

This place is beautiful it has everything you need. The Roslyn was fantastic helped when we needed.

We will be back to have a holiday as this time we were there for sports. But lived the place so much.

Family visit to WA

Good situation, lovely well equipped house and excellent garden and pool with a nice friendly homely feel. Good walks along the nearby beach to Secret Harbour, Golden Bay etc, would just have liked a couple of chairs/loungers by the pool!

Really great experience!

Great house that we enjoyed in every way. The owner was outstanding and helpful in so many ways, and did everything she could, to make our stay pleasant. Would recommend to anyone, and if we ever go back to WA, we’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful home and gorgeous backyard pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Singleton beach house. Roselyn goes to great lengths to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The home is beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfy so doesn’t take long to unwind. The outdoor patio area and large pool are a big highlight and we spent a lot of time out there. The Singleton area is pretty quiet and the beach is walking distance although we did find it easier to drive. Local shopping centre with Woolworths is a 2 min drive and 2 bigger centres are only 5 mins away one in secret harbour and another in Madora bay so everything you need is pretty close. We had a fantastic time away and will definitely be back!

Roz and Craig were great hosts. Roz met us on arrival having been in constant contact from when we made our booking. She had put up Christmas lights etc as she was aware we were bringing our grandchildren from the UK with us. Also chocolates and a Christmas hamper etc was there awaiting us. She fully explained the pool alarm etc. There were games in the cupboard to entertain us (although we didn’t use them as the kids were more interested in their tech) Whilst there the aircon stopped working and Roz arranged for a new one to be installed within 2 days which on the lead up to Christmas was impressive by any standard. Also had an issue with the Wi-Fi and Craig drove the 45 minutes over to us immediately and sorted it out. 4 star on the cleanliness but only because the cutlery tray on the dishwasher had been overlooked and the items in it had obviously been there for sometime. Also the sofa cover in the games room, which was faux leather, had perished in the sun and constantly shed bits which meant regular hoovering. The beds were all very comfortable. Brian the next door neighbour, who looked after the pool, was very friendly and helpful as were all the other neighbours we spoke with. The property was in good repair but not to the extent where you were worried that the kids might damage something. In all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and I have no hesitation recommending it to anyone.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable family home with everything you could need,

Lovely family home. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden with lovely pool. Patio and BBQ plenty of garden furniture to spend time sitting outside near the Frangipani trees. Inside the house is comfortable and has everything you could need. Even down to shopping bags! We arrived from U.K. to spend two weeks over Christmas and New Year. Ros decorated the house for us and left other Christmas touches such as crackers and chocolates. She left us plenty of tasty things for breakfast the next day and even went to the trouble of leaving pizzas for us in case we were hungry after our long journey. The house is situated a few minutes walk to a lovely beach, and a few steps away are a childrens play park and a huge well kept recreation ground. The nearest supermarket is in walking distance and a really good shopping Centre two minutes away, but the area is quiet and peaceful so you get a real rest and seclusion. It was easy to get to all the local attractions such as Mandurah and Rockingham, we did the Christmas light trail at Mandurah which Ros had told us about. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we come back.
