Welcome to our Villa, located at Tria Monastiria at the outskirts of the lively town of Rethymno ! Amazing holidays are guaranteed in a beautiful villa, just 3 km from the sandy beach of Rethymno, restaurants and shops! The fully renovated, five bedroom villa blends harmoniously with the beautiful landscape and offers gorgeous views of the Cretan sea, the city lights and the mountains. The classic and elegant decoration promises days and nights of relaxation.

The villa is a three storey house and its interior occupies a space of 350 m2. It accommodates up to 11 guests and is ideal for families and groups of friends who seek relaxation and memorable family moments. Villa features five lovely bedrooms (two double, and three with twin beds), one of which is on the ground floor, one on the lower ground floor and the other three on the first floor . The eleventh person can sleep in a folding bed in one of the rooms. Furthermore, all bedrooms are sunny and airy. Bedrooms on the first floor both open to a large balcony with breathtaking views. On the ground floor, is the fully equipped kitchen & the dining area with direct access to the pool where a beautiful garden and olive trees are. A comfortable living room, with a fireplace located on this floor as well. In the lower ground floor there is a play room 85m2 which includes a pool table, wooden football table,arcade with 5000 games, card table and Black Light Disco corner. The villa also provides 4 bathrooms & 1 wc in all floors and an exterior wc next to the pool.

The design on both floors creates a cozy atmosphere and relaxing environment.
In most areas you can enjoy the fantastic unobstructed view of the area and the sea! Dining outdoors is an experience you should definitely try and you most certainly will love it!
The outdoor space of the villa provides everything you need for a memorable family holiday, including a 50 m2 private swimming pool (1.50 m deep for adults & 0,60 m for the children) in a beautiful terrace, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, where you’ll love spending your time, just enjoying the sun and the summer breeze! Furthermore, an outdoor shaded sitting area, where you can treat yourself to a nice glass of wine or just prepare a homemade meal in the BBQ facilities for the whole family, while your kids play right next to you, at the children’s playground, in the half basketball court or in the ping pong!

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir waren als Familie, mit drei Generationen, in dieser absolut tollen Villa. Die Besitzer waren absolut zuvorkommend, was die An- und Abreise, betraf. Cistas Frau hat für uns sogar einen Kuchen gebacken, aus Orangen vom eigenen Feld. Das Olivenöl kam auch aus eigener Herstellung und schmeckte super. Wir hatten auch das große Glück, dass das Wetter schon sommerlich war Anfang April. In der Aussenküche gab es selbst gemachte Pizza und jeden Morgen ein tolles Frühstück. Der Pool machte allen großen Spaß. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Lovely villa and great hosts

Beautiful villa with great views and facilities. The hosts were extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. They even ran errands for us in a time of need! Highly recommended place. Rhethymno is also a wonderful town with lovely restaurants.

Super Villa

The villa is fabulous. A large object containing all necessaire facilities. We enjoyed a gerat time during 14 days. The host Anna is very nice and fulfills all the needs we had. The maintnance of the rroms, the pool and the sourrounding ist first class. We were with two families including 3 kids from 4-7 year old. The kids had a lot of fun using the well equiped kids corner. One of the best villa we ever rent. We will come back !!

Super Villa auch mit Kindern

Villa ist sehr schön. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir hatten ein Problem mit Wespen - es wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Liebevolle Begrüßung mit Wein und Obst und frisches Gemüse. 4 Schlafzimmer mit guten und großen Betten. Nur 2 Badezimmer sind angemessen, die anderen etwas klein. Für Kinder wurde gesorgt: extra Kinderbetten, Babybadewanne, Spielzeug, Spielecke im Haus und draußen mit Rutsche. Besonders gut für die Kinder der flache Bereich im Pool.

Belle maison avec superbes extérieurs

Grande et belle maison climatisée . Environnement calme sans être isolée, à 10 mn en voiture de Rethymnon. Parties extérieures très agréables avec divers endroits ombragés. Terrasse sur pilotis sous un immense chêne. Nous étions 2 familles avec des ados et avons passé un super séjour. Le propriétaire est très sympathique avec de nombreuses attentions tels des légumes de son potager, un gâteau typique... Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Perfect Holiday Home

This was just the perfect holiday home for us. We had a lot of privacy but it was also very close to goods restaurants, shopping facilities and also only a short drive to the city. The interior was very beautiful and the house had very cosy corners for relaxing everywhere. The comunication before and during our stay was very nice and always with good recommandations were to go and what to see. Thank you for the beautiful holiday, we will come again!!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage, nahe an Retyhmno

Das ist sehr schön. Die Außenanlage mit dem großen Pool und einer schönen Grillarea laden zum entspannten verweilen ein. Die Zimmer und der Wohn-essbereich sind sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziges Manko sind die größe der Bäder. Leider etwas klein für die Größe des Hauses. Die Kontaktperson vom Haus (Anna) war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Sowohl zur Ankunft gab es lokale Köstlichkeiten,als auch zwischendurch wurden uns regionale Süßigkeiten vorbeigebracht. Zudem konnten wir Sie stets über WhatsApp erreichen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Check-In und Check-Out war sehr entspannt. Von der Agentur haben wir sehr viele Tipps und Angebote für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten. Zudem haben wir immer schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Wir können das Haus und alles deum herum nur empfehlen.

One word- outstanding

We arrived during Covid-19 restrictions and could not have been more impressed with the preparation and the cleanliness when we arrived. The owner of the property welcomed us and made us feel very welcome and answered any questions we had. We were blown away by the property; everything we could possibly need for our stay was available to us even down to a coffee machine and a sandwich toaster. The house was stunning and very well looked after. The pool is amazing and incredibly clean. We travelled with a 2 year old and were delighted to see the amazing play area that has been newly built, my daughter played on this all holiday, and the separate shallow section of the pool was perfect for her to play in too. It took around 15 minutes to drive to the centre of Rethymno; although we spent the majority of our time in Villa Mia around the BBQ area which was perfect. There are lots of areas within the grounds of the villa to escape the hot sun; we particularly enjoyed the day bed under the beautiful tree. We were given a lovely and thoughtful welcome pack including olive oil from the grounds of the Villa. We 100% recommend this property and would definitely return in the future.

We chose Villa Mia as a getaway from for a week for our family.

After spending many hours searching we landed Villa Mia. The pictures and write up do not due justice to the property. There were gaspes from the family when we arrived and walked around. The whole end to end experience was amazing.

Beautiful and cozy, an amazing family getaway

This home is gorgeous and an amazing place to stay, especially for the price. The value is incredible and its location is perfect. There are so many beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, and local shops nearby. The hosts were so warm and helpful. You could tell they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our experience there. And we really did! We especially loved using the pool, the fresh sea breeze, and the gorgeous views.

Gorgeous modern villa

Villa Mia is a wonderful villa just outside the town of Rethymno. The photos don’t do it justice. The owners are lovely people; so welcoming and they greeted us with homemade Greek food, drinks, olive oil and eggs from the chickens in their olive orchard. The house itself is a very high standard and well designed. Huge windows overlook mountains on one side and the Med on the other side. Big rooms and comfy spaces. Sparkling clean as well. It’s a very private house and not at all overlooked. The modern pool is a great size and there are lots of outside spaces including gazebos and terraces upstairs. In terms of location; it’s about 500m from a bakery and a few easy km down the hill to a multitude of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops. It’s easy to get to the main east to west road and do 1 hr to Heraklion/Knossos and 1hr to the very nice town of Chania. Also just 20 mins from gorge walks, pretty mountain villages like Spili and other interesting places. We spent a super week at Villa Mia.

Beautifull House in a very good position

Villa Mia is a great place to stay for families and group of friends close to city and to south beaches , Kostas and Anna are very lovely and welcoming hosts and the is increrable good Would recomend anyone who plans on staying at Crete to stay at villa Mia , the best villa in the area Thank you once agian for everything Kostas and Anna

Hello there,
I am Manos, owner and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study in Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector.
One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, passing down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable.
I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveller, I expect nothing less myself.
The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile).
