Attic with elevator. Beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains.
Very well taken care of the detail of the decoration and facilities, you will feel very comfortable.
The apartment is renovated composed of a room with double bed.
The location is ideal to know Segovia Ávila and the Escorial.

You can make trails. In the area is very well connected bus and train.
Bars and supermarkets

For the guests, towels and sheets were left. The kitchen has ceramic hob and all cooking utensils.

In the urbabizaciob there is an artificial lake to do many activities, water kayak sky ... pool ... entrance is necessary.

Piso precioso en general! Dueña muy atenta a todo. A 40 min andando del lago y a 20 de la entrada.
Ático pequeño pero acogedor. El salón dispone de televisión pantalla plana, chimenea y sofá super cómodo. La cocina está casi completa, le faltaba horno. El baño es muy nuevo, con plato de ducha. La habitación dispone de un colchón de cama de matrimonio y almohadas super comodísimas! Lo único que no me ha gustado es que de la estación de tren a la entrada de la urbanización no hay pasos de cebra, tienes que esquivar coches en una rotonda. A la entrada hay un Burguer King y una gasolinera que vende productos del DÍA. De la entrada de la urbanización al apartamento hay 20 min andando y para el lago desde el apartamento hay 40 min. En el lago no te puedes bañar a no ser que pagues alguna actividad acuática y te "caigas", pero hay una piscina (pero tienes que pagar). El agua del lago no es muy higiénica...
