Turner River Lodge (Gheko) - Stay, relax, enjoy

Near new, executive quality, fully furnished and self contained, spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units with additional double pull out sofa lounge. Capable of sleeping up to four people. The rooms are big enough to swing a bear.

On site laundry and outdoor BBQ area. You will enjoy the company of our visiting wildlife and will love the peace and tranquility of life at Turner River . With views of the flood plain, and for the enthusiastic traveller, a hike on trails to the river. Enjoy the stars in the sky, that are lost in the hustle and bustle of ‘life’.

Stay a short time, or a long time, if you can’t drag yourself away! :)

Happy travellers

Just what we needed after a long day of driving. Peter was lovely and very welcoming and the accomodation was comfortable in a peaceful location.

Very clean, Very comfortable, Friendly staff

Only an overnight stay but found it to be very clean & comfortable. Only the two units so also very quiet. Only 20 minute drive into Sth Hedland

Peaceful Property

My husband & I, along with our 2 young boys stopped overnight. Found it to be quite comfortable. The closest town is South Hedland for food, shopping & fuel (approx 15-20mins). The owner is very accommodating & welcoming. The kids enjoyed meeting the resident kangaroo. Very peaceful. We will definitely be staying again should we travel the area again.
