This charming cottage has 2 queen beds with fresh clean linen waiting for your arrival, a modern bathroom and is perfect for one or two couples, family holidays, wedding guests or friends eager to enjoy the country lifestyle. The circular driveway provides an easy entrance to the property and sufficient off street parking for 2-3 cars.

Short break away

My Mum and I had a beautiful stay at Eddy's. Sonia, the owner, has much "local knowledge" and was able to give us good recommendations for things to do, see and where to eat while we were there. Eddy's was exactly as advertised. A very easy stroll up Queen St to the shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. We highly recommend a stay at Eddy's in Berry!!

Great property with lots of charm . Watching the world go by on the front porch and playing with the grandson amongst the trees in a huge back yard and a nice glass of red in he dinning room all made it a great stay . Thank you Sonia

Just Gorgeous

Berry good!

We stayed at Eddy's with the main aim of a relaxing girls weekend and this was achieved with great success. The location of the property is perfect; close to places to eat, wineries, lovely little shops and don't forget the donut van. Sonia was also the perfect host; great with communication, welcoming and the property was beautifully presented. I highly recommend a stay at Eddy's and will definitely book again. Thanks Sonia!

Perfect House, perfect host, perfect location

From the time of our booking request to actually arriving at check-in, our host Sonia was amazing. The cottage was perfect, very clean and a great location to cafes and shops in Berry. Great location

Very close to all the shops and restaurants, although it could be noisy from road traffic. Nicely decorated with attention to detail. Very clean. Beautiful garden. Only one air conditioning unit in the living area which didn’t seem to filter through to the bedrooms. The window blinds let in a lot of light from street lights and the sun rising. Sonia was very helpful with local knowledge.
