Cosy 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage, located just 3 minutes' walk to the beach, in the heart of Oistins (famous for its Friday night Fish Fry).

This cottage provides the perfect setting for a family, group or romantic getaway, and with all amenities within walking distance (supermarket, bank, restaurants, bars, bus stop etc), you could not be better placed for a stress-free holiday.
Every consideration has been given to guests’ comfort and convenience; grocery shopping can be done prior to your arrival, car hire can be arranged and you can have use of a local cell/mobile phone (pay as you go) during your stay. For UK travellers, no need for an adaptor, as the bedrooms are fitted with UK sockets (as well as local sockets).

This fully equipped cottage sleeps up to 5 people and also features; master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, x1 double bedroom, x1 single bedroom, main bathroom, AC, ceiling fans and cable TV in all bedrooms and living room, comfortable memory foam mattresses, bed linen, wash towels & beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining area, pool deck, alfresco dining under the gazebo, BBQ grill, sun loungers, outdoor toilet, covered front patio, Bluetooth boombox music system, WI-FI, iron & board, hairdryer, board games, laundry room and safe.

Location, location, location...
Oistins is an area which is well known to tourists/travellers, being famous for its Friday Night Fish Fry, where you can experience great freshly grilled food, live music and entertainment. The cottage is situated on a central residential road with flowing car traffic, and on which buses operate. However, as the property is set off of the main road to Oistins and set slightly back from the road that it is situated on, you are able to enjoy peace & tranquility also.
A number of buses run from Oistins to town (and the various routes along the way, e.g. St Lawrence Gap), and from Oistins straight to the airport and nearby golf course (Durants). Bus stops are within a few minutes walk from the cottage. General amenities such as supermarket, places to eat, bank, are all within walking distance.

Bajan Gem

This was my second stay at the cottage and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, close to the beach, Oistins, shopping, restaurants and other amenities. Keisha is a wonderful host. We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived, and Keisha was on it immediately. She was very communicative and helpful. The cottage itself is charming and immaculate. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

Loved this property and the location. Just a few minutes walk to Miami Beach - the best beach on the island. Also walking distance to Oistins, the supermarket and a lot of other amenities. Keisha was a wonderful host, and the check in/check out process was a breeze! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect little beach cottage

Keisha is fabulous! Her property is amazing. I feel like she thought of all the little things. The house is comfortable and cozy. The location is amazing everything you need is within walking distance and it is a short drive from the airport. The grocery store is about a 15 min walk and the beach is about a 7 min walk. The beach near the house is beautiful. It is quiet and peaceful. There is a nice little cove where you can sit and enjoy the view.

Feels Like Home!

Superior accommodations very close to Miami Beach, grocery stores, fish fry restaurants, and public transportation. Very comfortable home with laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning.

Excellent stay, we will be back!

Our stay at this cottage was truly fantastic, and we will be sure to return again. The cottage is beautifully furnished and equipped with all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable stay. The cottage was clean, modern and cosy, and had a very relaxing feel. The location was perfect, with the nearest beach being less than 5 minutes walk away and within a ten minute walk from the cottage there were places to eat, a supermarket, bank and more beach. Across the road from the cottage is a convenience store where you can buy essentials, such as food items and toiletries. I would recommend that you try Oistins Fish Fry on a Friday night, which is just a short walk away from the cottage. My girls were kept well entertained with the board games that were in the cottage and the large garden where they could play until their hearts were content. Thanks to Keisha for making the whole process simple and seamless. See you next year!

Amazing!!!

We had an amazing time staying at this cottage. From the booking process right through to check out, it was seamless. We were picked up at the airport (via the complimentary airport transfers). When we arrived at the cottage, we were greeted with complimentary bottles of cold water, cold face towels and the fridge had been stocked with all the items that we had requested. Everything about the cottage was convenient; there was a mobile phone for us to use, umbrellas, beach towels, a laundry room and UK sockets in the bedrooms, which meant that we didn't need adaptors to charge our phones etc. It was a nice touch also having TVs in the bedrooms, for those lazy days when we wanted to just chill in bed. The cottage is beautiful and was very clean, with a good supply of spare linen and towels. It had a very warm and cosy feel to it. We certainly felt at home. I loved the outside space at the back of the house. It was very relaxing to sit and eat outside and lie on the sun loungers. Best of all is that the cottage is located within a few minutes walk from the beach and walking distance to Oistins. All in all a great holiday!
