Welcome to our cozy lakehouse! This newly renovated 2 bedroom lake view home is perfect for a romantic getaway or for business purposes. Nepahwin Lake is in the heart of the city. Our home is 5 minutes to all amenities. For the same cost as a hotel room, you can have your own little retreat in the city.

Very central to city. Easy access to anywhere.

Would definitely return. For walkers everything is accessible. Access to water. Nice view. Very close to amenities. I'm from Sudbury and highly recommend it.

Cozy home on the lake

We enjoyed our two night stay at the beautiful home that was cozy and clean with great amenities. We appreciated the small personal touches….and had a great family game of monopoly! Would recommend and hope to return! Thank you to our hosts.

Best accommodation ever

This property was beautiful and well maintained. The location was handy to everything. I would not hesitate to recommend it should anyone ask. The owner, in my opinion, goes over the top in every aspect. You need to try it to see. There isn't enough room here to say it all. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Great Lakehouse

This property was outstanding!! The hosts were amazing and were easy to contact and work with. The house has been updated and is beautifully done. Easy to get to and close to everything in Sudbury. Tons of restaurants and stores are right around the area. Will definitely stay here again!!

Time away for a break

We were delighted with the Lakehouse as it was cozy, clean and comfortable for a few days for us to relax. The open concept was perfect. It was so close to every amenity that you could imagine and easily accessible especially coming from the south. If it is about location, location, location...this sure worked for us.

Cozy cottage getaway!!

We had a great time here! The host was quick for responding. The cottage was in a great location. Close to groceries, Costco, and plenty of restaurants. The cottage was clean and she made the place very comfortable. All the amenities needed for cooking. Will definitely come back!!Really good hosts!!!
