Why they chose this property
This property is so sweet. Its in a great location and whilst compact has a really spacious feel - you definately are not cramped.
The fit out is new and it feels fresh. The rain shower is amazing - I could stay in there all day.
Its only around 1 km into the City and the park across the road is great for getting out in the afternoon and meeting some of the locals (and their dogs!)

What makes this property unique
The property is located in an Historic Conservation Zone - so the neighborhood is filled with character cottages, converted corner shops and has a great little buzz during the day as it is surrounded by cafes, offices and restaurants on the surrounding main roads. The house is extremely quiet.
