The Space:
Binderaga Pine Forest is located West of Sydney, near Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains. Mt Wilson, Bilpin Cider, and Hive Cafe are just a few of the attractions in the area. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the bottom paddock and 2-acre fully fenced area.
Please advise that there will be other guests on the property— where a second tiny house called "Binderega Old Orchard" sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, you can contact the land host ahead of time to make arrangements.

Binderaga Pine Forest sits in a small town near Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains, New South Wales. Where you can enjoy stunning vistas, national parks, restaurants, and more.

- Grumpy Baker is a local bakery in Bilpin known for its delicious pies and pastries.
- Hive cafe is a great breakfast/brunch stop that serves light meals, great coffee, and excellent service.
- Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, formerly known as Mt. Tomah, is perfect for garden explorations and nature walks.
- Mt Wilson is a beautiful place surrounded by fine gardens, bushland, rainforest, and magnificent views of Blue Mountains.
- Bilpin Cider is a cellar door set in Blue Mountains that offers a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cider-style drinks.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have dogs on the property that occasionally bark
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra and Optus, but Vodaphone might struggle a bit
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Please do not enter restricted areas such as animal paddocks without the land host's permission
- BBQ grill is available for guests to use at $30. This covers the cost for cleaning, equipment needed, gas, etc.
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Please take note that you might hear road noise and vehicles passing through on neighbouring properties
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
