About this property

Get set for an amazing down south experience in this 1970’s retro home on a 850sqm block by the bay. I would like to welcome you to our family friendly 3 x 1 holiday house situated less than 150m from the beautiful crystal-clear water of Abbey beach (via laneway) + boat ramp.
The home is less than 15 minutes’ drive in to Busselton city centre and Jetty plus easy driving distance to Dunsborough and Margaret River.
Pack those bags and get busy relaxing and soaking up some down south atmosphere.
This holiday home is located close to Abbey beach.
Ideally set up for 1 to 2 families the house comfortably sleeps 6 people (max) in 3 bedrooms, has 1 large living rooms, a simply equipped kitchen for preparing meals; and an expandable dining table that seats 6, as well as a large outdoor setting. There is parking for four cars in the single drive way. Bedding, linen and towels are provided to accommodation 6 guests only.

Awesome retro beach house.

We had an amazing relaxing stay at Kerry’s beach house. Really nice outdoor area watching the birds, comfortable beds but the best thing of all was the location. A very short walk to the beach and located on a nice quiet street.

What a spot!

Marvellous location, about 3 minutes stroll to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. Excellent air conditoner in the lounge and pedestal fans for each bedroom were provided. Looks as though very little has been updated since it was built (hence the "retro" tag), but everything is in good nick and functional. We enjoyed our stay.
