Holiday rentals near University of Barcelona

Everything from booking, checkin, communication and stay was great. Maria communicated prior to our arrival and met us at apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor, with a lift, and security gate, so secure and private. Doors onto a balcony is a bonus for fresh air, and clothes drying (but no washing machine). Barcelona is flat, so easy walking everywhere. Dealing with Angeles was an absolute pleasure.

We were very happy with our five days in this very nice apartment in a great location. The owners were very helpful and included a pick up from the airport. There was everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.

The property was even better than our expectations. Shopping, cafes, bars and transport were all close. However we walked everywhere, we never felt unsafe and to get to places like La Rambla was less than 20mins walk.

Rosa and Miguel know how to run a great apartment. They went out of their way to ensure our Barcelona experience was going to be great and it was! They arranged to pick us up at the airport which was so welcome after 2 tiring flights from Australia. The apartment is spacious and really well equipped. It’s very quiet with no street noise at all. Plenty of supermarkets, bars & cafes nearby. Rosa & Miguel gave us lots of information to insure that we made the most of our time in Barcelona. Fridge & kitchen bench stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed some local produce including a large succulent melon & a bottle of red wine. The bed was very comfortable…the list could go on & on. This place is 10/10.

Hosts Rosa & Miguel were amazing. Unit supplied with coffe tea milk fruit & snacks. They went through all attractions on map, metro best ticket to buy etc. Made life very easy close to restaurants metro & supermarket. Thanks for a fantastic stay and your warm welcome. If you walk uphill you have the Gracia neighborhhood is very authentic. Try Cafe Flanders and La Pepita. If you walk down hill you have the Passage de Gracia with the high end shops and Gaudi facades. Loved it. Comfortable bed, good hot water. What more could you want? If you walk downhill you have the
