Fabulous long weekend

My friend and I just had an amazing long weekend in this beautiful cottage. Just 5 ish minutes from Millthorpe and close to an array of wineries, it was the perfect location. Super quiet we enjoyed the indoor gas fire as well as the fire pit outside - kept us warm on the chilly 0 degree nights!Well equipped kitchen and modern fit out we loved all the tiny touches. The garden was lovely and plenty of places to sit. Loved watching the stars and seeing the Milky Way as well as watching the sunrise too. Virginia was super efficient communicating with us and helped out when we had a few troubles with no hot water and the gas fire not working which we appreciated. Also appreciated the electric blankets that kept us toasty at night. All in all a wonderful peaceful stay in a gorgeous setting! Thanks so much for having us and can’t wait to come back and explore further!

What a cosy home in winter this was. With zero degrees outside the house was toasty inside with all the luxury mod cons you could wish for. Immaculately clean with great furnishings. Heated floor in the bathrooms and ducted air throughout. Ability to park off the street too. We will definitely book this again. Thank you to the owners.

Beautiful House, great host

Host has excellent communication from the start of the booking process to check-in then checking-out. The house is well presented, very clean and has little bits and pieces which tells a story. Love the modern touch to the rustic feel. Cannot recommend this place more than enough. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to visit again in the future!

We booked for 5 days over Easter with the sole purpose of having an enjoyable short break in a beautiful location. The villa was outstanding. From the moment of arriving at the property, which can only be described as an experience of ‘sparking joy’ until the moment we sadly left, the property was a delight. Beautifully curated, very comfortable and so very well equipped with everything we needed and more.
