Casa Aneto B is a welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Aneto B you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Casa Aneto B is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared Jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Castagneto Carducci, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 3.5 km (roughly 2.1 miles). You will reach Casa Aneto B from the parking area along a short route that includes approximately 16 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Aneto B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Casa Aneto B is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road. In the occasion of private events, the swimming pool and the surrounding area may not be opened to guests.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7.5 meters (25 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, two gazebos and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.

Garden with Jacuzzi pool
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It features a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a small sofa and a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
