Great place to stay

The villa was extremely clean, really spacious, had good outside space and was very well equipped. Communication with Marcos and Carol was excellent throughout. Having a parking space was an advantage and it took only about 5 minutes to get into town or to large supermarkets. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great stay

Great location in a quiet part of Puerto de la Cruz. The house was large, more than enough for our family of four. Everything that we needed for our stay was included. Some areas might need a refresh, but overall we were satisfied. Tip: the pool is cold! As are all the pools in the canary islands.

Happy Holiday

Villa was clean, spacious and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. Temporary roadworks meant the one way system was closed some days and alternate routes had to be found.

Beautiful, spacious, nice big garden and private pool

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa! The villa itself was spacious, modern and had every facility you need for a nice relaxing holiday. The garden, with private pool, was pretty big and surrounded the whole house and had enough of playing facilities for the kids and the sporty adult 😉 Via the driveway the house can be reached via 5 steps, I'm in a wheelchair but able to walk some, so for me this was doable. Furthermore I had no problems with accessibility within the house or the garden. If there is one thing to be changed, then we would recommend to install airco's in the 2 bedrooms. Thanks for having us as guests. We enjoyed our stay a lot, the kids are now already talking about going back once 😁😜

Besser geht es nicht. Supertolle Gastgeber mit Insider-Tips. Lässiger Pool. Äußerst ruhig, in einer Sackgasse, zwischen den Parks gelegen. Trotzdem sehr schnell in der Innenstadt.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit privaten großen Pool. Ausstattung ist gut, Gewürze, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Seife, Spültabs, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Nähe zu Puerto ist zu Fu? über den schönen Taoro Park easy zu erreichen (25 Minuten mit Kindern) und zurück mit dem Taxi ( 6,- € ). Pool ist groß und ein Spaß für Groß und Klein. 😎

Super Villa !

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem drum und dran, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage etwas außerhalb von der Stadt ( sehr touristisch) hat uns gut gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Hervorragender 4 wöchiger Urlaub

Für uns war die Lage des Hauses sehr gut und ruhig. Wir wandern gerne und sind fast täglich an die Promenade und durch Zentrum gegangen. Ganz besonders hat uns die sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, Carol und Marcos gefallen. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön.

Vier Wochen Teneriffa

Wir ( 2-3 Personen) haben vom 15.11. bis 17.12.2023 eine Auszeit auf Teneriffa bei Puerto del la Cruz verbracht. Wir fanden Marcos Haus auf einen Portal und fanden alles vor, was wir uns wünschten. Das Haus sollte zur Selbstversorgung geeignet sein. Zwei Schlafzimmer und die Möglichkeit für einen dritten Schlafplatz sollte auch vorhanden sein. Ein Schwimmbad wäre schön. Marcos war von Anfang an ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Vom einchecken bis zur Abreise war er sehr gut ansprechbar. Auch gab er Hilfestellung bei der Autovermietung. Der Innenbereich des Hauses ist mit allen ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Von der Spülmaschine über eine Saftpresse, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Trockner alles top. Die Schlafzimmer ebenfalls großzügig und schön kühl mit Bad und 🚾 für jedes Zimmer plus ein zusätzliches WC bei der Küche. Alles wirkte und war ansprechend, gut und sauber. Zudem gab es einen Aussengrillplatz, Liegen, Sitzecke am Pool und eine weitere an der Küche. Kurz, im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war super zum schwimmen und abkühlen. Im Vergleich zum Meer, richtig schön kalt. Auch eine Aussendusche war da. Blumen und Pflanzen gibt es nicht so viele, da haben die Nachbarn aber für Ausgleich gesorgt. Allgemein könnte im Aussenbereich mal etwas Farbe und eine kreative Hand die Situation etwas aufpeppen. Ich empfehle dieses Haus gerne an Familien und Freunde, da das Gesamtpacket für mich sehr gut passt. Danke an die Gastgeber Marcos und Carol

Gemütliches Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt und haben alles vorgefunden, was wir für eine erholsame Woche in Puerto gebraucht haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war vorbildlich. Das Haus war wie erwartet. Bezug und Abgabe, sehr unkompliziertt. Sauber. Aber halt leider etwas weit oben. Und ins Zentrum von Puerto zu kommen muss man eine gute halbe Stunde einplanen. Danach mit vollem Bauch, wieder nach oben! Aber ein Taxi kostet nur etwa € 5.50

Das Haus wahr so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben .Alles sehr sauber und modern . Haben Marcos immer schreiben können wenn wir was wissen wollten oder ein Problem hatten nicht mit dem Haus er hat uns immer gleich zurück geschrieben und uns eine Lösung vorgeschlagen und bei der Abreise konnten wir uns Zeit lassen ohne druck zu haben . So ein Gastgeben kann man sich nur Wünschen das Haus ist TOP und sehr ruhig die Umgebung .

Perfekte erholsame Tage in Puerto de la Cruz

Vorneweg, die Kommunikation mit Marcos war perfekt, genau so, wie man es sich wünscht um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu haben. Wir wurden rechtzeitig über alles informiert. Die Lage des Hauses ist für uns perfekt gewesen, ruhig und doch nicht zu weit weg vom Zentrum. Wir sind einige Male ins Zentrum und an den Hafen gelaufen (ca. 20 min) durch den Taoro Park. Das Haus selbst hat eine eigene Einfahrt mit Tor, so dass niemand einfach so rein kommen kann. Auto rein, Tor zu und alles gut. Das schöne ist, man kann dann sämtliche Türen einfach offen lassen, so dass das ganze Haus gut durchlüftet wird. Wenn man zur einen Türe raus geht, kann man zu einer anderen wieder rein, da man um das Haus auch einmal drum herum laufen kann. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Es war alles super sauber und zur Begrüßung stand schon Wasser, Kaffe, Bier und Bananen in der Küche. Einfach gastfreundlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Matratzen in einem guten Zustand, so dass man sich wirklich erholen kann. Auch die Tischtennisplatte wurde von uns mit Freude angenommen, so dass wir zwischendurch viel Spaß hatten. Der Pool ist schön groß, so dass man sich wunderbar darin erfrischen kann. Und was gibt es schöneres, als Abends den Grill anzufeuern, noch ein paar Papas machen und ein Glas Wein aus Teneriffa. Wir sagen Danke für einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub an Carol und Marcos

Super villa au calme avec piscine et table de ping-pong

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande villa de plein pied. Les espaces de vie sont spacieux, les lits confortables. La piscine et la table de ping-pong sont un vrai atout avec deux adolescents. La communication avec Marcos le sympathique propriétaire est très aisée via wattsap et il est très réactif. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée tardive ( bananes, café, bouteilles d eau et bières) et les oreillers supplémentaires qu il avait mis à la disposition de notre fille qui venait de se casser la clavicule. La ville de puerto cruz est très agréable pour flâner et les 3 parcs naturels superbes sont à une heure de route de la maison facilement accessibles. Si nous revenons à Tenerife nous choisirons le même pied à terre c est sûr !

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat einen schönen kleinen privaten Pool. Man kann sich rund um das Haus aufhalten je nach dem, ob man Sonne oder Schatten haben möchte. Vor dem Haus gibt es noch eine Einfahrt mit Tor, in die zwei Autos passen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern fand über whattsapp statt und war sehr angenehm. Allerdings ist ein Auto schon von Vorteil, da die Wege zu Fuß z.B. zum Einkaufen doch sehr weit sind.

Schönes Haus, kein beheizter Pool

Es ist ein schönes Haus, wir waren sehr gern das und der Gastgeber Marcos ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wie haben die Tage sehr genossen. Küchenutensilien hätten etwas besser sein können und der Pool ist nicht beheizt, war also ziemlich kalt. Unsere Kinder waren trotzdem jeden Tag drin. Die Flächen um das Haus herum sind für Kinder ideal. Wir können das Haus also gerade für Familien sehr empfehlen.

Lage für Senioren ungeeignet

Wir waren 4 Senioren. Ohne Auto ging gar nichts. Die Straße zum Objekt war sehr steil und an manchen Stellen so eng, dass man sich an die Häuserwände stellen musste, um den Verkehr vorbei fahren zu lassen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und praktisch, jedoch z. B. die Küchenarbeitsplatte sehr unhygienisch. Sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Marcos, der Housekeeper, war sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Danke Marcos! Man sieht, dass der Eigentümer nach und nach renoviert und auch investiert. Trotzdem ist ein Stau entstanden. Wir waren 6 Wochen im Haus, haben uns aber trotzdem wohlgefühlt.

Silvestertrip 21/22

Das Ferienhaus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend von Puerto gelegen. Es ist gut zu finden und bietet einen sicheren Parkplatz für den Mietwagen. Man kann zu Fuss Puerto erkunden. Das Haus ist geräumig und ums Haus ist auch noch viel Platz. Der Pool läd je nach Wetter zu einer Abkühlung ein. Wir haben uns gut erholt und waren sehr zufrieden. 100% Weiterempfehlung!
