perfect holiday domicile - "la maison jolie"

We have just spent two wonderful weeks in La Croix-Valmer. In this beautiful house we and our two children (5 and 8 years) felt completely at home. The house is very nicely decorated and very well equipped. In the kitchen there is nothing missing and in the garden there is a super BBQ. We enjoyed it very much sitting in the garden and on the roofed terrace (with fan). Beautiful beaches are nearby (by car) and shopping facilities are within walking distance. On Sundays there is a nice market. The communication with the lessor is very friendly and reliable.

Beautiful house in nice sourounding

We arrived late and the agent was supportive to meet us at 8 pm, 2 hours later than planned. Check in by the agent was fast. The house had all items and is very beatyfull and has all the things you need for a relaxing vacation with family including a dog- just as advertised on the booking platform. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the pool was not open and for use at the time of our stay. Having accsess to the pool nearby was the main reason for us to rent the house as we have been traveling with a dog.Nerby Beach for dogs is not allowed and 10 min by car. We addressed this to the landlord and considered leaving the place but decided to stay bcs we only had one week. We also found some of the cuttlery not beeing propperly cleaned. Usualy for us not a big thing but we have neen asked to sign a 3 page check list with penalties also for those items. When we spoke to the landlord after check in over the phone he did not understand our position but he agreed to reimburse us and changed the advert for the house regarding the pool. We would not have rented the house knowing that the pool was not open. He recomended to use the public swimming pool 5 min walking from the house- that was not for us. We had booked a house with accsess to a nearby pool. In the end the house was great, we had a relaxing vacation but left the house with a bitter memory that the landlord did not understand what was important for us. Just not a good match with the landlord, first time for us.

Endroit agréable parfaitement adapté pour faire du sport, balade dans la nature, mais également repos à la plage pour ceux qui le désirent. Séjour très sympathique.

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Haus - TOP

Perfekte Randlage in La-Croix-Valmer. Sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. In Laufdistanz zum Markt und Bäcker gelegen und doch sehr ruhig. Das Meer ist 5 Autominuten/30min Fußmarsch entfernt. Sehr gerne wieder!

Una casetta bella e curata in un posto strategico!

Bellissima casa, molto curata e sopratutto super accessoriata!soprattutto la cucina ha veramente tutto il necessario e anche di più. Lo spazio esterno è veramente bello e ben organizzato, con il grande tavolo ombreggiato dalla tettoia sotto la quale c'è anche un ventilatore per le giornate particolarmente calde. La signora Veronique che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile!!inoltre la casa è in una posizione ideale per raggiungere, con brevi tragittii in auto, le spiagge più belle dei dintorni.sicuramente consigliata!

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette belle villa qu’est la Cabane 51. Il n’y manque rien, tout est parfaitement organisé pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. La maison est très fonctionnelle, la climatisation est salvatrice pour se reposer après une chaude journée, et la grande terrasse sans vis à vis est idéale pour tous les repas. la piscine et les tennis sont à proximité et des navettes vous emmènent gratuitement aux plages ou à Cavalaire. Pour finir je conclurai sur la tranquillité de la copropriété et la cordialité de ses occupants. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Un endroit charmant où l’on se sent bien

La villa est spacieuse, ultra propre et extrêmement soignée. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille. Mention spéciale à Véro qui nous a vraiment bien accueilli et qui est en plus une belle personne.

Super gezellige familie woning

Ideaal voor gezin met tieners. Elke dag tennissen en zwemmen en winkels en café op loopafstand. We voelden ons erg thuis in de woning en alles was aanwezig. De host was ook erg aardig en inchecken ging super soepel. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Schönes Haus an zentraler Lage mit Garten

Wir haben eine Woche im diesem schön eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Die Übergabe durch Veronique hat hervorragend geklappt. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Gemeinschaftspoolanlage (kleinerer Pool) kam etwas umgepflegt daher, vor allem der Sanitärbereich und Eingang. Den großen Gemeinschafts-Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil Männer und Jungs dort nur mit eng anliegenden Badehosen rein dürfen, was uns etwas geärgert hat, da wir dafür nicht extra Badhosen kaufen wollten, die wir dann nie wieder anziehen. Ansonsten hat es uns in Sylvain seinem Haus sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Wir waren zu Fuß in 2 Minuten am Markt und ins Dorfzentrum von La Croix-Valmer gerade mal in 5 Minuten. Sehr praktisch in der Hochsaison, wenn man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die nahe gelegene Hauptstraße hat uns nicht gestört. Trotz Hochsaison hört man den Verkehr von dort kaum. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Ferien!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in La Croix Valmer verbracht. Veronique hat uns pünktlich und herzlich empfangen. Außerdem hat sie uns gleich mit Bettwäsche ausgeholfen. Ich hatte wohl überlesen, dass man diese mitbringen muss. Das Haus ist sehr süß eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist sehr einladend. Hinter dem Haus sind direkt die Tennisplätze. Nur einer hatte im Oktober noch ein Netz,aber er war morgens immer frei. Im Pool waren wir nur einmal, da es schon etwas kühl war. Etwas den Schlaf störend war das selbst gebaute quietschende Doppelbett im ersten Stock. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Man kann zu Fuß zum Bäcker/Supermarkt/Metzger gehen. Auch ist man sofort am Markt. Wir haben insgesamt sehr genossen, und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ferienhaus mit Charme

Das Ferienhaus entsprach ganz den Erwartungen wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe und der kleine Garten, der abends schön beleuchtet ist. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch die Nähe des Schwimmbades war sehr angenehm. Nicht so gut ist der Treppenabgang zum Haus ohne Geländer, der abends nicht ausreichend beleuchtet ist. Auch ist der Parkplatz vom Haus weit entfernt. Die Straße, die unmittelbar an der Wohnanlage vorbeiführt, ist ziemlich stark befahren und morgens ab 7 Uhr schon sehr laut. Insgesamt ist die kleine Wohnanlage sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Den Müllcontainer gegenüber der Zufahrt zur Anlage haben wir nicht genutzt, da sich dort immer wieder ein Wildschwein aufgehalten hat.

Um petit paradis

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les vacances dans ce petit paradis chez Sylvain. La maison et surtout l’extérieur sont beaucoup plus joli que montré sur les photos. La maison y compris la cuisine est très bien équipée, il ne manque vraiment rien. La seule chose qui serait appréciable serait la clim au 1er, les nuits au mois d’août sont chaude... Véronique qui reçoit les locataires est d’une gentillesse infinie et très serviable. Une chose est sûr, nous reviendrons!

Très agréable maison pour 1 famille

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée pour une famille avec enfants. La résidence est bien conçue avec parkings extérieurs, 4 tennis et 2 piscines. Tous commerces plus le marché accessibles en 2 minutes à pied et nombreuses plages dans les environs. La maison est de bonne taille, le jardin aussi, les pièces sont grandes, très propres et très bien équipées. Rien ne manque pour un séjour très réussi. Un grand merci à Sylvain et Veronique qui ont veillé à ce que tout soit parfait. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Very nice vacation home!

The vacation home was very delightful. We have had a wonderful time. The house was clean and was containing everything you need (microwave, dishwasher, washing maschine etc.). The location is gorgeous: quite, but only 5 min. to next backery or supermarket. The terrace is a dream. Same for the pool. The support and communication by/with the landlord was very pleasent.

La Maison Jolie - ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Südfrankreich

Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man zu einem schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir waren mit meiner 85-jährigen Mutter und unserem kleinen Hund angereist. Wir haben uns auch gerne auf der Terrasse und im kleinen, abgeschlossenen Garten aufgehalten. Die Betreuung durch Veronique mit ihrem herzlichen Wesen, war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Maison très agréable

La maison correspond à 100% à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. Elle est bien équipée et confortable. Attention toutefois au fait qu'elle ne contient aucun équipement pour de jeunes enfants (lit, chaise haute, …). Son jardin clôturé a permis à notre fils d'y jouer en toute quiétude. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le clos est très calme et agréable tout en étant à proximité du centre du ville.

Sehr charmant und bestens ausgestattet

Wir fahren seit über zwanzig Jahren jedes Jahr an die Halbinsel von St. Tropez und haben wirklich viele Ferienunterkünfte kennengelernt. Diese hier hat uns sehr positiv überrascht und die in der Beschreibung geweckten Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Schnitt ist für Familien mit großen/erwachsenen Kindern ideal, Eltern- und Kinderbereiche sind auf zwei Stockwerke mit jeweils eigenem Bad verteilt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und deutlich geräumiger als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Der Garten ist ein gemütliches, nicht einsehbares Refugium, die überdachte Terrasse sorgt für angenehmen Schatten auch in der Mittagszeit. Abgerundet wird das ganze durch einen hochwertigen Gasgrill, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Infrastruktur ist hervorragend, der Pool ist 10 Schritte vom Haus entfernt und wurde Anfang Juni nur von uns genutzt, die Tennisplätze sind direkt vom Garten erreichbar. Die gesamte Infrastruktur des Ortes (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Metzger,etc) sind 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Trotzdem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig, im Garten hört man keinen Verkehr. Alle Interessanten Punkte der Halbinsel von St. Tropez sind binnen maximal 30min zu erreichen. Der Empfang vor Ort durch Veronique war sehr herzlich und hat den Startpunkt für einen spitzen Urlaub gesetzt. Der Name des Hauses ist Programm: "La maison jolie". Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
