Very nice new apartment, not overlooked, 70 m2 real, located on the 1st floor (elevator), well equipped, nice and comfortable, crossing with views of the children's pool.
Large living room with 3 sofa beds overlooking a large balcony with sliding windows and blinds, equipped with a dining table for 5 people.
Bedroom with a bed 160 x 200, a large dressing room and a second balcony with bay windows.
American kitchen with separating island and washing machine.
Towel radiator in the bathroom.
Shoe cabinet in the entrance.
Child umbrella bed.
