Villa Aroeira by Lisbon Leisure is a luxurious villa with housekeeping in the Aroeira Golf Resort, perfect for families and groups of friends since each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bathroom (3 of them ensuite). Breakfast and private chef services are available on request.

The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, set in a pine forest just next to the best beaches in the Lisbon Coast, in a resort with 2 golf courses, 4 tennis courts and all the resort's amenities are within walking distance from this villa (market , restaurant, bar, hairdresser, butcher, fishmonger, parapharmacy, etc.)

Lisbon city center is easily accessible by car within a 25 minute easy drive.

Villa Aroeira by Lisbon Leisure is set in a beautiful golf resort with all amenities, next to amazing beaches, while only 20 km from the amazing Lisbon City, by itself a good reason to visit us.
The house was designed to provide comfort to families and groups of friends, well equipped with all details to make you feel at home.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bathroom, being 3 ensuite. The 2 ground floor bedrooms have doors opening directly to the garden, while the first floor enjoys relaxing views of the resort, with it's pine trees landscape and unique houses.
The spacious private garden with pool has comfortable sitting and dining areas, BBQ, a children play area and sun loungers to spend long hours of relaxation and peace.
For sports lovers, there are 2 beautiful golf courses with 18 holes and 4 tennis courts inside the resort, where it is also a pleasure to have long walks. Around the resort the botanical reserve is what separates you from the nearest beach, with golden sands and clean ocean waters, making it a delightful setting for relaxing walks or energetic jogging.
The local beaches are top locations for surf and kitesurf, with consistent wind during the late afternoon in the warm months. If you would like to learn, there are schools offering classes of both surf and kitesurf.
Horse rides in the botanical reserve and beach can also be organized.
The property has a restaurant and a bar / lounge.
Daily housekeeping is included (except 2 days each for staff staff), and the villa's private chef is available on request.
Radiant floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi throughout will make you feel at home, together with details iPod dock, Cable TV, DVD and a small selection of games, CDs, DVDs, books & baby toys.

We Covered the whole Country!

We had a group of six friends and family. Well, we considered us all family. We had a fabulous time in Lisbon and surrounding cities of the coasts and winery regions. We traveled from one end of the country to the other seeing many sites each day. The house was very comfortable for all of us we especially enjoyed making dinner together a few nights. Thank you Paula for all your help!

Magnificent house and wonderful hostess

This house is so spectacular and so incredibly clean, that I was able to fully relax and feel at home from the moment we stepped inside. But as beautiful as the house was, it was not even the best part. The owner and hostess Paula was. Paula was the most gracious, friendly, helpful and wonderful host we could have ever wished for. And quite possibly one of the kindest and most welcoming people we have met. My son has a serious metabolic disorder and is on a very strict diet. Paula helped translate an info card, that we could use at restaurants - her idea by the way. She also provided maps and suggestions of places to eat. She even went to one of the restaurants prior to our arrival and spoke to the manager about our situation. Asides from my son’s special needs, she also stayed in regular contact with us via WhatsApp, providing us with tourist advice, guidance, tech support and suggestions. Even took time out to help us get an Uber when we couldn’t find one big enough for our group. By the way, for trips and airport transfers we recommend CasualtoursXL (instagram)- driver Miguel. Paula found him for us and has his information. The housekeeper Caice was also so very sweet. All in all a wonderful place to spend a holiday - the warmest and biggest recommendations from us. We will be back! :)

Perfect Host

Beautiful Villa which was very well presented. The area is very impressive with stunning villas in a woodland golf course setting. The host Paula was a lovely person who met us at the Villa, she was fantastic very informative and always available if you needed her. Everything worked and in truth the pictures don’t do justice as the Villa is very spacious with lovely large rooms well furnished and just a wonderful place to stay. Can’t recommend this Villa enough.

Fantastic Family Holiday

A fantastic week with the family! What a beautifully decorated villa, comfortable and well-equipped for our family of 8, including grandparents and young children. Everything is perfect in this cozy house. The outside is also well organized, and the little ones loved the treehouse and various games. The villa is in a peaceful location. The welcome was fabulous. Paula promptly answers all our questions and is available to give numerous recommendations on places to visit, restaurants, and nearby beaches. I would return without hesitation!

Great place for group get together

We had a lovely week-long stay during our son's golf tournament. The house matched the description and we were welcomed in person, and there was even a basket of groceries. We had a second family join us for several days and the place is super well stocked with all the entertainment necessities. We even hired the chef who prepared a delicious restaurant quality meal. We enjoyed walks in the area and the house is very well located for the golf courses and the other activities offered by the community.

Great for a big family

We enjoyed our stay very much at Villa Aroeira. Very comfortable. We loved the backyard, playing games and drinking wine. Both kids and grandparents were happy. The location was great. The beach just down the hill was absolutely beautiful huge and sandy. We went on cooler weekday mornings and were practically the only people there- amazing. It was very crowded on the hot weekend, but still very nice. My daughter enjoyed some surf lessons there. We also enjoyed the restaurants at the beach. Day trips to Lisbon and around were nice. We thought the resort grounds were not as clean as we would have liked. There were a lot of messy construction sites and trash containers around. But that really didn’t bother us. It is just an eyesore. We also had some difficulty sending emails and communicating with the owner, but that might have been a technology issue. We had the chef cook for us three nights and loved it. His meals were delicious and gourmet and not expensive. All in all we thought the house was wonderful! Thank you very much.

Ultimate vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay. The villa was perfect. It had everything you could think about in the kitchen, a smart TV, a nice outdoor area, refreshing pool, and a tranquil location. Grocery stores in vicinity, as well as, beautiful beaches, For those interested in surfing, I would recommend Echo Surfers at Kailua restaurant/beach club. Lisbon, itself, 20 minute drive with Sintra less than 40 minutes away. Paula, the owner, was very helpful and insightful. She not only provided a very detailed map outlining the airport to villa but also maps of the area and included tourist information over Lisbon and surrounding areas. She was very easy to speak to and responded quickly to any questions posed. All-in-all, definitely would recommend this property for all those who want comfort and privacy.

Bon séjour

Villa avec de belles prestations , au calme . Paula est très aimable et essaies de faire de son mieux pour nous satisfaire . Cependant attention des problèmes sur l’annonce de la part d’abritée le ménage est prévu une fois dans la semaine et non tous les jours comme indiqué sur l’annonce , et la piscine est chauffée avec un système solaire mais au milieu des paies elle manque un peu de chaleur . Le reste était parfait .

Holiday with family

We had a good time in the house. It was very clean and a lot of space. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. the swimmingpool was also very clean. Lissabon is nearby to visit. Also the beach is beautiful. I can recommand this house to everyone. The owner is very nice and you can call here when you need help. One little thing: when the weather is less, the water of the pool is a little bit cold. We had a wonderful time in the house.

Fantastica

Fantastica estancia. Era la primera vez que estábamos en Caparica, no así en Portugal, y nos ha encantado. Ha sido un viaje familiar con 4 generaciones distintas y ha resultado todo genial. La casa está muy equipada, especialmente para los niños. La propietaria Paula encantadora y resolutiva. La limpieza perfecta y la lencería de casa de calidad. Estancia inolvidable, la verdad... Un 10!

Fantastic Villa for our family (8 people) reunion!

This past August we spent 5 beautiful days in Paula's Villa with 3 generations of family. My husband's family is from France, so his 80+ year old parents and his sister and husband flew from Brittany to meet us (my husband, myself, and our 2 teenagers) in Portugal (we are from the US). Paula's villa is modern, clean, quiet, new, and provides everything you need for a family/group gathering. We cooked a light dinner each night and found the kitchen to be stocked with everything needed to make a big family dinner. The owner, Paula, is warm, caring, kind, efficient, and available to her renters. To give you example, she followed up prior to our visit, called and emailed during our visit, and continued to inquire that we were having a good time until our last day in Portugal. We happened to be arriving just before an unusual event in Portugal -- a gas strike. Before leaving the US, Paula emailed us locations of where to get gas and how to find it en route, if we were touring around. She eased our minds. To our luck, the strike ended on the day we arrived. She was wonderful to care so much! The villa's location is perfect as it is 35 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from the beach! It is also close to 2 good food markets (one is a 10 minute walk from the villa). We rented a van for our family and it was worthwhile. We toured Sintra (so lovely) and Nazare (lots of traffic there, but a cute port and known for it's HUGE waves during certain parts of the year), and Lisbon (take the City Tour bus and you will learn / see a lot!). We treated ourselves on our last night at the Villa to have a chef come to the villa & make dinner for us (Paula put us in touch with the chef and we organized it from there). What a treat and NOT AT ALL EXPENSIVE. The chef set the dining room table elegantly, prepared a 3-course dinner, and cleaned up. It was so nice to meet the chef and to have eaten his amazing menu that he prepared (risotto with grilled shrimp). We would love to return -- that says it all. This is one of our most favorite vacations ever. Thank you, Paula, for treating your clients, my family, so well. We cannot say enough THANK YOUs to you!

Maison de rêve

Superbe maison. Tout y est fait pour passer un séjour magnifique. L'accueil de Paula et son équipe (de ses nombreux conseils sur les activités et restaurants et d'un panier largement garni...) fait que l'on se sent tout de suite "chez soi". Maison de rêve pour les vacances. Tout y est parfait. A vivement recommander.

Modern villa in excellent condition within Aroeira Golf Resort, 2 minutes by car from the beach.

Very modern and elegant building with excellent maintenance and service. Charming lot between pines within the golf resort. We cooked a lot in the kitchen which is excellently equipped. From the owners side Paula is extremely friendly and helpful and gives excellent advice regarding e.g. sightseing, routes to and from the airport and restaurants. Cleaning service for the house was included and was very efficient and superfriendly. The golf infrastructure in the Aroeira resort is not first class compared to courses e.g. on the Algarve, but it is very convenient to be so close to 2 18 hole courses. We enjoyed Aroira 2 particularly. Overall the house was top for the 2-week stay ofour group of four couples aged between 62 and 75.

Charming - The perfect place for friends or families

We spent a week of family reunion with our children and grandchild in this impeccable home. All the description fully matched with our findings. The housekeepers are very friendly and well organized. The house offers different ambient for small group gatherings or just to chill. The fully equipped kitchen and barbecue fulfilled our extensive dining habits. Early morning jogging through the golf course or observing sunsets at the nearby beach added to the location. Paula, our host received us with regional surprises and was extremely helpful with excellent recommendations of places to visit and fine restaurants in the region. The perfect place for friends or families – we hope to make it back one day!

Sunshine in Aroeira

Stunning, Villa Aroeira is such a find. The house is built within a large golfing complex of villas. The design of the house for 8 guests is perfectly arranged with step free access within the ground floor it was ideally suited to our 3 generation family holiday. The spec of the property is excellent, bright, light, well designed, modern. Nothing felt like a short cut; lovely porcelain plates, all the correct equipment in the kitchen. The pool is excellent. With barbeques at the villa and fabulous meals on the beach, sand in our hair, sun going down over the long and stunning stretch of sand (hard enough for our morning run by the way!) we were extremely well catered for. The golfer was exceptionally happy to have a choice of 2 18 hole courses at his front door.
