Fully furnished spacious two double bedroom top floor apartment, located in the heart of Preston town centre, situated close to local amenities and boasting excellent commuter links.
The property benefits from secure communal intercom entrance, entrance hallway, spacious lounge with laminate flooring and a private balcony, fully fitted kitchen complete with white goods.
The apartment has a washing machine which you can use during your stay but you will need to supply your own washing powder etc.
Two double bedrooms (main bedroom with king size bed and second bedroom has a double bed).
A three piece white bathroom suite with shower over the bath.
The property benefits from economy 7 heating, double glazing and allocated parking.
TV with Freeview in lounge room and main bedroom. Wifi is available at the apartment too.
Guests will be able to access all areas of the apartment.
Strictly no parties allowed.
Due to COVID19, you will be required stripe all bedding and place all used linen including towels in the laundry bags supplies and remove all of your rubbish from the apartment when you check out and all food items also.
