New this year a terrace of 18 m², holiday house located in a wooded area 50 m from the beach and the rambla. Perfekter Urlaub (Des vacances parfaites)

Also es war nicht unser erster Urlaub in L'Escala, aber unser erster Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Aufgrund dessen haben wir auch Vergleichsmöglichkeiten und das Haus ist super ausgestattet von 2 Kühlschränken bis hin zum einem Top Gasgrill. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in Fußnähe und zum Meer und an den Strand braucht man keine 3 min zu laufen. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern und auch mit der netten Dame vor Ort die unsere Ansprechpartnerin war, lief alles reibungslos. Bei Fragen bzw Auskünften wurden uns sehr zügig geantwortet bzw. geholfen. Also Fazit: Wir 5 Damen sind uns einig, sobald wir wieder nach Spanien fahren, würden wir uns sehr freuen wenn das Haus frei wäre für uns. Lieben Dank für alles.

Trés satisfaits

Location conforme à l annonce . Proprietaire sympatique .Personne qui acceuille trés dispo. Terrasse fort agréable . Idéalement située la villa est équipée du necessaire . Plancha extérieure bienvenue. Si il faut trouver un bémol c'est l entretien du jardin mais c'est vraiment peu important et cela ne doit pas être facile . Nous étions 4 et avons passé une excellente semaine . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Sehr schönes Haus in Top-Lage

Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Anwohnerstrasse. Sehr nah zum Strand, Supermarkt, etc. Auto braucht man - ausser für Ausflüge - eigentlich nicht. Neue Kunststoff-Klappläden und -Fenster. Vollständige Küchenausstattung, Aussengrill, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bien pour un séjour

La propriété est idéalement placée. C'est son principal atout. On est à 100 m de la plage principale et du port, mais dans une résidence très calme, qui tranche avec l'effervescence qui règne sur la plage. Le confort est par contre de base, avec le strict nécessaire. Il faut le savoir. Les lits sont corrects. L'équipement aussi. Il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bain. Et le jardin n'est pas vraiment utilisable. Par contre, la terrasse est agréable. Donc si le confort n'est pas votre obsession et que vous cherchez juste les éléments de base pour un séjour au bord de la plage, cette villa vous conviendra. parfaitement. Et les propriétaires sont très gentils.

Geräumiges Haus ganz nah am Stranb

Das Haus ist geräumig. Sehr schön ist, dass es mehrere Terrassen gibt, so dass man immer in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen kann. Der Strand von Riells ist nur 100 Meter entfernt und sehr schön. Einkäufe können alle zu Fuß erledigt werden. Ebenso gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants in Laufnähe. L'Escala als Ort bietet viel, Zudem gibt es rundherum weiter sehr abwechslungsreiche Strände.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours à L'Escala. La maison est spacieuse et proche de tout. Idéal avec des enfants.

vacances reposantes au calme

Maison extrêmement bien située. La voiture devient inutile (plage à 30m, supermarché à 50m, commerces et magasins également à pied (le long de la plage). Météo clémente. Propriétaires très sympathiques et de bons conseils. Nous étions 9 en tout (dont 5 enfants de 3 à 12 ans) et n avons pas eu de problème.

Recommended!

It is a nice house with nice owners (a French couple). The house is quite big and located in a calm environment. It was quite clean (thanks to the cleaning lady), all equipment worked perfectly. Sandy beach is really at hand (that one is suitable for small children, as water there is shallow and there are almost no waves). If someone prefers diving at a "wild beach" - it is in 20 minutes walking distance from the house (see googlemaps... and walk east, to the park).
