Nice accommodation which each room en-suite
Very much space, good selection on equipment, each room en-suite was great, location of accommodation next to a river (close to nature)
sometimes warm water for showering or dishwashing was a problem, some obvious spots were dirty upon arrival (a lot of dust in the bathroom fan)

Very nice appartment
We like the spacious appartment
Good beds
We like the place near the river
We loved that there were 3 bathrooms
We liked that there was a washing machine
The host Deidre is very friendly and willing to help.
A little bit more crockery and a better couch would be welcome in the appartment.
This property was excellent, right on the river fabulous views from our balcony of the Macgillycuddy's Reeks.
The property was well positioned to tour the Ring of Kerry, Killarney and other areas.
Claire Flynn the manager was terrific, she was helpful with out being intrusive, she was always at the end of the phone.

An Excellent Getaway!!!
The Accommodation was extremely tidy, and well situated. The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful.
Although they were more than adequate the amenities could use anto be more in line with the rest of the industry, i.e. maybe a larger television in the sitting room, televisions in the bedrooms and a modern speaker in the living area as opposed to a CD Player. This however is just a suggestion and not criticism by any means as stated previously Trident Holiday Homes made my stay at The Grove Lodge a delightful one.

Beautiful Holiday Home and fantastic location
We have stayed in Grove Lodge (3 bedroom house) a number of times over the past few years and would highly recommend these holiday homes. They are very spacious with all modern conveniences, and the location is very close to Killorglin town and a good base for exploring all that Kerry has to offer. This year we found Claire, the onsite manager, a pleasure to deal with. Claire was very responsive both before and during our stay and she went out of her way to ensure that we enjoyed our week in Grove Lodge. The houses are very well maintained, and with a very high standard of cleaning.

Wonderful stay/location
The house (24) was great, all mod cons. Lovely view over the river towards the mountains. Good base for ring of Kerry/Dingle Bay.
Chevaughn the new site manager was first class, we had a slight problem with one of the en-suite toilets which was resolved very quickly. We had some communication with Claire the previous site manager before our arrival and she too was very helpful.
Very little from what I can see. The top up of the electricity was very straightforward (although you could also get it done in the Supervalu supermarket).
The stay was mixed. The apartment is large and spacious, ideally located for touring Kerry. However, when we arrived, the heating hadn't been turned on, and we were extremely cold. We were surprised to have to pay for electricity when it wasn't agreed upon in the contract. And the cost is relatively high, as we had to add 100 euros for four nights. It costs 5 euros to run the dishwasher. Additionally, the floors were relatively dirty. The sofa was stained. This apartment is a bit outdated, as there were moldy baseboards in the WC and one of the bathrooms."
"We request that you cover the cost of the electricity, which was not included in the contract."
Tolles, großes Haus mit wunderbarer Lage am River Laune

Great property, great location manager and good location
Claire as location manager was great, property was super. Wish I could wake up to the river view from bedroom or lounge - enviable!
Heating was a bit much for heat and electric bill, but we could calm that!

Lovely stay by the river
It's a beautiful location. Claire the manager was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and having an ensuite per bedroom is great.
Temperature controls on the under-floor heating could be better. We spent a lot on electricity and could have controlled that more but the thermostats weren't sensitive.

Good accommodation
Claire was brilliant. Information was very clear and well explained. Very friendly and helpful lady
Never had to pay for gas, electricity, heating separate before. This was a problem as we were constantly having to watch what we used. Bedrooms cold all of the time. We were only there for 5 nights but one of those we were away, out all day every day and only in 2 evenings. Only cooked 3 mornings the entire time we were there and we still had to pay £50 on top of what we paid. Would much rather have paid a bit more and not have to have spent our holiday worrying about a big bill at end of it. Claire kindly informed us the under floor heating was expensive and took 24 hours to heat back up. €200 euros deposit was understandable for any damage but no problem with that anyway.
This was a big, beautiful condo, full of amenities and would be great for a larger family gathering. The views to the river from every room were just gorgeous. Our hostess was super friendly and helpful. We drove to the Gap of Dunloe on more than one occasion because of it's close proximity. Kilarney was also close by. We found the condo was not close enough to walk into Kilorglin, but a quick 2-3 minute drive. Our only caution would be that the heating costs were hidden--deeply hidden, requiring two additional clicks within the fine print of the description! So were were surprised to wind up paying almost 200 EU more than the rental to keep the heat going during the cold January week we were there. Everything else was wonderful.
Positiv: Geräumig, gut ausgestattet, tolle Aussicht, sauber.
The object is as described. Very good location for excursions. The flat is spacy and well equiped. We had a very good stay there.

Nice place
The accommodation was lovely & clean. It was a comfortable space for us & our 3 children.
There wasn’t bags in all the bins.
We left a voicemail for Maud asking about heating the water but she never contacted us at all. Luckily we figured it out ourselves.
We were expecting towels to be left for us but maybe this wasn’t part of the accommodation. We did get some from staff that we happened to meet outside our door.
Great place. difficult communication. The washer was a challenge. Heated floors though, bathtub. Huge, lovely location. Would recommend.
