Safety Harbor is one of our favorite places to visit, so we were delighted to "live here" for a few days. We had only the tiniest problem finding the house, as the link from Home Away led us to the house next door. (Nice neighbors, btw.)
This place really does feel like a home - cozy in all the good ways. Despite the small-ish footprint, the interior feels spacious, especially in the living/dining area. The kitchen has everything you might need, bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the garage was a nice perk.
We had a few -small- technical difficulties. We were never able to figure out how to watch the bedroom tv, and the DVD player in the living room did not work at all. My millennial traveling companions were not happy that there was no internet, but that was fine for our short, two-night stay. Also, the folding door on the linen closet seemed incapable of staying in its tracks (this was annoying, but so very minor).
Overall, this is a nice rental unit for a small-ish family. The owners were delightful to work with and very responsive to communications.
